Table football, central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "St.Jakob-Breitenau Schwach-Sied." 3.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities 17 km, sled run 11 km, cross country ski track 17 km, ice rink 17 km. Nearby attractions: Schloss Pernegg 5 km, Bärenschützen-Klamm 12 km, Kletterpark Teichalm 17 km, Tierwelt Herberstein 56 km, Lurgrotte Semriach 33 km. Es war ein toller Urlaub, die Kinder hatten vor allem Spass am Bergfluss. Am Haus ist es sehr ruhig und man kann hier seinen Alltagsstress vergessen und abschalten. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Gegend......

Goed huis in een prachtige omgeving.

Een goed huis in een mooie omgeving. Zeer geschikt voor grotere gezinnen met hondjes. 4 slaapkamer en vooral een sauna ! Mooie wandelroutes en veel te doen in de omgeving. Vergeet niet het Arnold Schwarzenegger museum in Thal vlakbij Graz. Het huis is een aanrader voor als je wilt blijven hangen maar ook voor de actieven. Minder geschikt voor minder validen.
