Close to the beaches of Anse San Peyre, Magaud and Méjean (around 10 minutes on foot), in the quiet area of Sainte-Marguerite, between Toulon - Cap Brun and La Garde - Le Pradet.
Garden of 380 m²; fully secure swimming pool (4 x 2.5 m); 40 m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha.
Parking on the street in front of the house.
Comfortable and pleasant to live in, this family home has Wifi (Fiber).
The house consists of one floor, with a large living room, opening onto the terrace and the garden, an equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms (1.60m bed in each bedroom), a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.
On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed of 1.60m and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 0.90m), a bathroom with shower and WC and a storage room with washing machine.
The house is easily accessible by bus, with lines 6 (connection with Toulon) and 23 (connection with Toulon and Hyères). A bakery/caterer and a pizzeria are about 10 minutes away on foot.
Sheets and towels included, as well as pool maintenance and housekeeper 3 hours during the week.
