Nearby attractions: Attractiepark Plopsa Coo 17 km, Thermen van Spa 37 km, Circuit Spa-Francorchamps 29 km, Aqual'O Houffalize 33 km, Brasserie d'Achouffe 26 km. 3-room apartment 100 m2, on the ground floor, west facing position. Spacious and bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Large living/dining room with sliding door with dining table and cable TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/shower, hydro massage shower. Floor heating. Balcony 15 m2, west facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Zeer net apartment met prachtig uitzicht

Appartement en het ontvangst is zeer netjes. Fijn ook dat je de auto in een garage kan zetten. Het appartement is modern en degelijk. Er is zeker niet bespaard op de inrichting. Het uitzicht (1e rang) op het meer is prachtig. Enige minpuntje vonden wij dat er geen ventilatieroosters in de ramen/kozijnen zitten. Je kan het raam wel openzetten, maar aangezien je op de begane grond zit, is dit niet heel veilig / fijn idee 's nachts. Was dus nu zelfs in oktober zweten. Leuk: loopafstand zwembad CP.

Uitzonderlijk goed gelegen en directe toegang tot het meer. Wat een mooi en weids uitzicht! En toch midden in het centrum. App. met veel smaak ingericht, zonder overbodige frulletjes. Er ontbreekt niets om zelf te koken. Overal voldoende verlichting. Bed is hard noch zacht, voor iedereen prima. Meerdere Nederlandstalige zenders op de tv. Wifi 10/10! Bakker en restaurants vlakbij en slechts 8 min. te voet naar de Spar. Ingang app. lager dan straatniveau, maar lift brengt je tot boven. Top!

Zeer mooi appartement. Veel licht en uitzicht over het mooie meer door de grote ruiten. Heerlijk heel de dag zon en fijn overzichtelijk balkon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Prima bedden. Garage voor de auto en fietsen. Heerlijk wandelen in de omgeving. Eten bij restaurant Contes de Salme aanrader. Eigenaar zeer aardige man. Voor ons zeker een adres waar we een keer terug gaan komen.

Zeer goede ligging, vlak wandelen rond het meer (geschikt voor minder mobiele personen) , goed eethuis op wandelafstand, fiets en wandelgenot in de ruimere omgeving voor goed mobiele personen; interessant appartement door de twee badkamers, alles functioneel en proper. Aangename vriendelijke eigenaar.
