Country house "Benešov nad Černou", 2 storeys, renovated. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Benešov nad Černou, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area. Private: property 2 ha, large garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, barbecue house. In the complex: sauna, hot tub (all extra), washing machine. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Kaplice". Swimming pool with against current swimming, shed (5 x 5), deck chairs, parasol, swings. Horse riding on request (extra). River Cerna 50 m with small private beach, bathing pond 10 minutes on foot, fishing (extra). Sport fishing (trouts) 1 km. Forets of Zofinsky 8 km, mushrooms picking. 2 outdoor areas with furniture one under the pergola, the other next to the barbecue. The owner can arrange fishing in a private lake or rafting on the Vltava river (on request, extra).

Skutečnost byla lepší než fotky. Užili jsme si hezký víkend v krásné chaloupce uprostřed přírody, kde nás nikdo a nic nerušilo. Interiér chaloupky byl čistý, stylový, pohodlný pro všechny návštěvníky.
