We’re Gated and Secure

We’re on 10 beautiful acres, nestled between wooded, rolling hills. Every once in a blue moon, you can see cows out back and maybe a few deer too.

We’ve got a really comfortable lodge with a Texas stone fireplace, leather sofas, a 55 inch TV, and lots of room to relax and enjoy. It’s a great place to hang your hat!
★

There’s a laundry room too with 4 washers, 5 dryers, a soap dispensing machine, and a coin exchange. It’ll be loads of fun!

The lodge has a Texas-sized, wrap-around covered porch with chairs so you can kick back and watch the birds.

The roads are paved! That’ll keep the dust and noise down.

You can enjoy vending machines when you’re hungry, bagged ice to cool your drinks, and there’s even propane if you need some.
★

When it’s time to clean up, you’ll find our bathrooms are nice and roomy. We’ve got 4 for the ladies and 4 for the gentlemen. Each private bathroom is ADA compliant and has its own shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.

There’s even a Bark Park for your fur baby.

Super RV Park, all the amenities

Check in and out process was very simple, park was deluxe with all the amenities. Appreciated the security of the gated park. Very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly. Best shower house I’ve ever seen! Wish we’d have booked a longer stay! Highly recommend

Super fun spot!

Basin RV Resort is a beautiful property with awesome amenities! My sister visited for a quick getaway. Close to Killeen, Temple and if you don’t mind a little drive, Waco and Austin. The travel trailer was clean and super comfy. Even though it was super hot outside, we were cool inside. We highly recommend!

Nice place to stay

The RV park was very clean, quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. The camper was very clean and organized. Excellent communication. We would stay again if ever in the area.

Amazing!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. They make you feel like your part of the family. The property is amazing and we’ll set up. Everyone, including the other guest and residents, were very friendly and welcoming. The camper was very clean and beyond well stocked. There was everything we needed and more. The property is expansive with a lot of fun things to do, from the pool to the amazing playground, games, a food truck, dog park and more. The views of the surrounding hills are also great. I would recommend this property to anyone and have already let all of our friends and family know about this place. Book this property when you can, I promise you won’t regret it!

Wonderful RV Rental!

The park was quite well maintained, newer trailers and RVs, and mostly high-end too. The central facility was well-maintained, the pool was nice but cool when we visited, and there were good outdoor games for the kids to play with. The kids that live there full-time were nice and played with mine as well, were polite, good kids. The rental managers were quick and responsive: I couldn't figure out to turn on the oven and they came out within the hour to show how to run it. Excellent trip, and will be coming back!

Definitely 5 stars

Our stay was so much more than expected! Prior to our arrival Tammy answered any questions we had promptly. Checking in was a breeze! The RV park resort is gated, quiet, exceptionally clean and well kept. We arrived on a Friday afternoon. Each Friday they have a food truck. The food truck served delicious food and the best part was we didn’t have to try and figure out dinner. Our children and grands came by to visit. It was so nice to relax and hang out with them playing outdoor games the resort offered as well as the outdoor fireplace to gather. It was warm enough for the kids to play in the pool which they loved! We will definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something a little different you must stay here. The RV we stayed in was spacious, well equipped, and modern comfortable furnishings You won’t be disappointed.
