Your vacation home in Cabo! Cozy ground floor condo in the perfect location within the private, gated portion of Club La Costa Phase 2. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are within a one-block walk to the Plaza de Pescador mall and directly across from the public beach access.

The large terrace overlooks manicured gardens and three separate heated swimming pools, each with its own Jacuzzi. Fully furnished with everything you want and need . Enjoy your morning coffee from the patio, fix a quick snack and cocktail to take to the pool and after a nap enjoy a romantic evening in downtown San José.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location within the complex. 50 ft from the pool and close to the main gate and walking distance to town and the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place!

We stayed a month at this beautiful condo right next to the pool. Very well stocked for long term stays. The owner, Steve, and host, Jud, were always available to answer our questions. Dont pass this one by, highly recommend! Can't wait to return.

Great Location & Stay

Overall the place was as expected. It is on the smaller size but since it was just 2 of us, it worked well. On arrival it wasn’t fully cleaned, as the towels in the bathroom were wet and dirty, the pull out couch had dirt in it and there was half a toilet paper roll left and no dishwasher soap. However, other than that it was lovely. Being on the ground floor was fantastic and being right by the pool. That way going back for drink refills or for food was easy. The location was close to everything in San Jose del Cabo. Good restaurants down the street and downtown a 5 minute drive away.

A home away from home

The condo had everything we needed and more, plus the location was super close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. All of this combined with great customer service makes for a great vacation. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Calm, Quiet and Relaxing

I had a wonderful, week-long stay at this cozy condo. I spent most of my time at the pool (I had it all to myself!) which is steps from the patio. Lots of reading, napping and time in the sun! Jud, property manager extraordinaire, was a gem! I sure did appreciate the availability of supplies to enjoy time at the beach.

Nice property close to beach, town and golf.

Very nice condo unit on the golf course and close to the beach and other amenities. Short taxi ride or walk into the art district and retail area of San Jose. The unit was clean and well-appointed and steps from the pool.

Wonderful Stay

Great Location

This property was within walking distance of several great restaurants, shopping and resorts. The property was clean and felt safe with 24 hour gate security. The property manager was very knowledgeable of the condo complex as well as the surrounding areas which was extremely helpful. We were surprised to have a bag of ice, cold beer and a few snacks waiting for us when we arrived. That was a super nice touch. Thank you! I would definitely stay again!

A few years ago, we decided to try Cabo and instantly fell in love with the area, the weather, the people and the fishing. In fact, we love Cabo so much we purchased this condo in its perfect location so we can also share with our friends and family. It will eventually help us transition to live full-time in Cabo when we retire. Our goal is for you to have a stress free vacation with the memories that will bring you back to stay again!

We purchased this condo with location and security in mind. You will find it easy to walk to everything to enjoy during your stay. The beach is across the street and many eateries, bars and shops are within a few blocks walk. The gated access provides peace of mind for your personal safety and security of your belongings.
