Madame, vous avez réservé sans aucun échange au préalable avec nous à la hâte car vous aviez des soucis avec la location d’un autre Abritel qui n’était pas à votre goût ce qui est surprenant ! Vous avez sûrement cumulé , peut être des soucis d’organisation de votre côté et de gestion de vos vacances ??? Vous étiez en panique et nous vous avons remboursé de suite. De plus il s’agissait d’un problème informatique, que je vous ai gentiment expliqué, où on ne savait pas qu’un loueur pouvait louer notre maison dans la minute. C’était notre première annonce sur Abritel. Toutefois votre situation était des plus rocambolesques … je ne comprends donc pas votre commentaire sincèrement.
