Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the cute Cabin. It had enough space to spread out to have your own space or gather together on the main level. Our friends stayed downstairs and we stayed upstairs. We enjoyed sharing a meal on the deck off the Kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great cabin, wonderful location. The cabin was clean, beds are super comfy. I would highly recommend.. The only thing I would recommend is a cookie sheet pan. We baked cookies and the Pan we had to use was not that great.

We had a great stay at this cabin. Check-in was so easy and we had great communication from the property manager. It was clean, well stocked and so close to the strip in Pigeon Forge. The beds and pillows were so comfortable!!! We enjoyed spending our evenings sitting in the hot tub! Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect landing spot! Our family of 4 had a great time and loved coming home to the hot tub. We also enjoyed that the cabin was well stocked and conveniently located. The beds were comfy too!

Second year we have used Stacy and Smoky Mountain Rentals. I can’t say enough good things about out their level of customer service and the ease of the check in process. We will be finding a place hosted by them again for next year!

Cabin was super nice and clean. It was a little hard to find the cabin after dark but once we did, we very much enjoyed our stay! Love the decor, amenities and proximity to all the attractions. Would definitely recommend!!!

First of all, the listing was not accurate at all. I have a special-needs adult child so my trips require extensive planning. The listing said two bedrooms with the first bedroom having two king beds. Second bedroom having two queen beds. The other space said two double sofa beds and another space two double sofa beds. This was not what we found. One king bedroom upstairs with one king bed outside that room was an unusable futon. The air conditioner right above was dripping water right on it. Also it was not big enough for anyone to sleep comfortably. The main floor had a sofa bed couch, which we were told in the email not to use. The downstairs had one queen bed, and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable for an adult to sleep on. I contacted the property manager, she offered two different cabins. One had three floors with a king bed room in each the other had a king bed and a sofa bed in one room and a queen bedroom. A sofa bed is not suitable for my child to sleep on. Neither cabin that was offered was any better and farther away. . We decided to stay because we didn’t want to waste any more time or expense looking for another place. We also reported two loose bannisters on the upstairs balcony. Very unsafe if you have children. I am extremely disappointed. I asked the property manager to change the listing because it is not correct. When I looked today, it has been changed to one bed in each room however it still says two double sofa beds and two other spaces.

The cabin was adorable and a perfect location if you want convenient access to the grocery store and Pigeon Forge businesses. Our only wish was that the host would have provided some basic supplies, such as antibacterial hand soap, salt/pepper, and cooking spray. We had to buy most supplies, and then it felt wasteful being asked to dispose of all food, rather than leaving those for the next visitor. But still a great value and excellent communication from the host.

Had a good vacation with the family. The split setup between upstairs and downstairs made it nice with the kids.It was nice and close to all things Pigeon Forge.One area that was not super great were the beds. They have been used a lot and have very clear “valleys”, so if you have back issues like my wife, it made sleeping a bit tough.Overall it was a good rental.

We had the best stay at this VRBO in Pigeon Forge! The cabin was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip—comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was super convenient to everything, which made getting around so easy.What really made our experience stand out was the property manager, Stacy. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. After we got home, we realized we had left some clothes in the closet, and she kindly went to the cabin, gathered them, and mailed them back to us. That level of care is rare and so appreciated.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge!
