Interieur wat een ander zou weggooien.

Mooi uitzicht / goed park !!/ mooie plek. Het interieur is heel oud , bank, stoelen, bedden lampjes, vloer, wasemkap keuken en badkamer en vloerkleed waren vies, doorgezakt en stuk. Het huisje was niet goed schoongemaakt , filter van wasem kap was vol met schimmel inclusief het filter van het koffie apparaat. Niet bepaald een gevoel van welkom of vakantie. Jammer !!!!

Vue magnifique

2ème fois dans cet appartement, une amélioration a été observée pour le balcon, il y a de nouveaux coussins confortables, mais pas d’amélioration pour le parasol! La cuisine dispose d’un petit peu plus de matériel de base, par contre les deux poêles sont dans un état déplorable, et il n’y a même pas un ciseau, pas de dessous de plat, pas de gant de cuisine … entre autres. C’est vraiment dommage, cet appartement pourrait être un petit bijou, vue magnifique et dégagée,mais c’est pas très soigné.

Toller Pool und wunderbare Aussicht. Die Küche und das Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden. Alles alte Möbel, sollten ersetzt werden. Stühle und Soft sind durchgesessen. In der Küche hat es viel Geschirr, dass nicht benötigt wird. Bei den Bratpfannen ist der Belag beschädigt. Viele defekte Lampen in der Wohnung.

Globalement très bonnes prestations. Vue magnifique. Literie impeccable. Peut-être revoir le balcon, placet des chaises dans un triste état et parasol vétuste. Cuisine, manque différents accessoires de base. Dommage.

Die Ruhe rund um die Wohnung war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung wie auch die ganze Anlage waren in sehr gutem Zustand und immer sauber. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel brachten uns überall hin und dies auch oftmals sehr günstig. Dazu kommt, dass die Busfahrer äusserst freundlich sind!

Renovationsbedürftig

Aussicht, Lage und der Pool der Anlage sind top! Bedingt durch die geographische Ausrichtung erreicht die Sonner erst am späten Nachmittag den Balkon. In der Wohnung Nr. 16 müsste jedoch das Bad und die Küche renoviert werden. Die Möbel stammen aus Grossvaters Zeiten und die Stühle im Wohnzimmer sind durchgesessen. Gerne wieder einmal in Maraloge, jedoch in einer anderen Wohnung.

Die Wohnung 14 die 16 ist!

Die Wohnung CH6579.100.14 ist die Wohnung 16!! Sie hat einen gedeckten Parkplatz und ist sehr schön, mit einem grossen Balkon und einer super Aussicht! Für jemand der gerne kocht und geniesst, lässt leider das Kücheninventar zu wünschen übrig (Kein Fleischmesser, kein Brotbrett, nur 2 gleiche zu grosse Wassergläser, nur 2 gleiche Weingläser, zu viele Teller, schlechte Bratpfannen, Teflon löst sich) Der Service von Herrn W. ist hervorragend! Der 27 Grad warme Pool zu geniessen.

Die Wohnung war altmodisch das haben wir aber gewusst. Sehr gross, eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die Umgebung sehr gepflegt und der Pool ein Hit! Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank.
