Ich habe unsere schlechtgen Erfahrungen bereits Ihrer Niederlassung in der Schweiz gemeldet. Die Rückmeldung war, dass es 4 - 6 Wochen dauert, ehe eine Stellungnahme möglich sei. Ich habe mich über diese Antwort einigermassen gewundert und fragte mich, ob dies eventuell vielen Reklamationen geschuldet ist.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich komplett. Schön wäre noch ein Fahrradschuppen und eine Möglichkeit zum Trocknen der Handtücher gewesen.

noch Luft nach oben

Sehr sauber, aber extrem spartanisch eingerichtet. z.B. fehlten Salzstreuer, küchenrolle, putzlappen und andere Kleinigkeiten. Die Terrasse könnte etwas Deko vertragen. Die Matratzen waren sehr unbequem. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist extrem umständlich. Man muss erst vom Bahnhof zum Büro, dann zurück zur Wohnung mit vollem Gepäck. Das könnte man sicher vereinfachen. Das Personal im Büro wirkt stets leicht genervt und wenig hilfsbereit. sehr schön und ruhig ist aber die Lage.

Die von uns gebuchte Ferienwohnung im EG war für uns mit Rollstuhl / Rollator bequem zu erreichen. Auch innerhalb der Wohnung war genug Platz.

Tolle Wohnung, Abwicklung und Schlüsseluebergabe haben gut geklappt

Da wir sehr gross sind, waren Sofa und Fernsehsessel für uns weniger geeignet. Zu dieser Jahreszeit wären Wolldecke toll gewesen.

Zugegeben, ich war erst skeptisch, habe mich dann aber mangels Alternativen für die Wohnung "Am Nordkap" entschieden. Top! Top! Top! Super Ausstattung, alles tiptop sauber, ruhige Lage. Was will man mehr. Lediglich die entfernung zum Strand ist einfach länger. Aber, man soll sich ja bewegen ... Sehr gerne wieder!

Ferienwohnung Am Nordkap

Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings ließ die Küchenausstattung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Darüber hinaus war die Qualität der extra gebuchten Möbel (Babybett und Hochstuhl) ungenügend.
