Very private chalet and close to ski areas

This place offered lots of amenities and was in close proximity to ski areas. very comfortable with two fireplaces and three parking spots. Very fast snow removal after a storm.

Great home away from home!

This rental was great! There was plenty of space with three stories. The pictures are accurate. I am a bit picky about cleanliness but have no complaints - very clean! Communication was extremely prompt when needed. I'd definitely look to stay with Vacasa again!

House was not cleaned and Vacasa management customer service was nonresponsive

We arrived to the home at 5 PM… One hour past check in… To find it had not been cleaned. We reached out to Vacasa management. We went back-and-forth with them through the messaging service and were told they would be unable to clean it that day. Unfortunately for us we were in a town That was booked up. We finally found two hotel rooms the next day the home was cleaned in the afternoon. We were told by a housekeeping supervisor that we would be contacted about being reimbursed for the cleaning fee as well as the hotel. We have been trying to reach out for Two weeks and nobody will get back to us. Also, there were several things in disrepair in the home. One of the toilets was cracked and repaired with duct tape. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen. Although the house is marked as air-conditioned, only one of the three upstairs bedrooms has a window unit; the rest just leave you to bake overnight.

Attitash Ski Trip

The townhouse was great for hosting a friends ski trip for several days. Spotless clean and plenty of room to stretch out. Wood stoves we’re awesome in the cold temps.
