Lugano und Umgebung sind interessant, vielfältig und spannend. Die Ferienwohnung in Castagnola ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Superblick über den See und nicht weit ins Zentrum zu Fuß und mit dem Bus (oder dem Schiff) in die Umgebung. Einfach toll!

Super Aussicht in Castagnola

Das Apartment hat eine Super Aussicht auf den Lago di Lugano, den Mo te San Salvatore und Lugano. Süd/Ostrichtung und gut mit dem Bus an Bahnhof und Zentrum zu erreichen. Lebensmittel und Grundausstattung zum Kochen/Frühstück müssen mitgebracht oder vor Ort gekauft werden. Sehr gute Betreuung durch Verwalterin Frau B.

Echte gute Ferien

ausgezeichneter Empfang mit bereits gemachten Betten und dem Notwendigen für das 1. Frühstück. In der Wohnung fehlt es nichts. Die Aussicht ist die beste in Lugano. Schade, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, besonders an heissen Tagen. Andererseits ist der Lärm durch die Arbeiten in den anderen Gebäuden eine echte Lärmbelästigung.

Die Lage und der Ausblick waren die einzigen Highlights des Studios. Der Parkplatz und der Bus sind direkt vor dem Haus und die Stadt kann auch bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden. Weniger ansprechend waren die gesamte Einrichtung inklusive Bad und Küche - sehr retro, mehrheitlich alt und viele Gebrauchsspuren.

diese Aussicht! magisch!

Die Lage ist perfekt, um diese Hammeraussicht vom Balkon aus auf den See und den Monte San Salvatore zu geniessen. Gut zu erreichen mit dem Bus und einigen Minuten Fussweg. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in der Natur. Die Küche ist gut bestückt mit allem, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist möbliert, das Bad tiptop. Das Klappbett im Wohnzimmer ist bequem. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Aussicht

Das Highlight der Ferienwohnung ist zweifelsohne der Balkon mit der einzigartigen Aussicht in alle Richtungen. Die Wohnung selbst ist funktionell, praktisch und bequem eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Speziell für öV-Reisende ist ideal, dass man alle Orte im Tessin dank der nahegelegenen Busverbindung ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof von Lugano erreichen kann. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Den Utoring Castagnola habe ich vor 60 Jahren schon als kleiner Bub kennengelernt. Und auch jetzt geniesse ich wieder die Vorzüge des "Utoring-Prinzips": ansprechende bequeme Möblierung, Schrankbetten, die eingeklappt tagsüber ein grosses Wohnzimmer ermöglichen, grosse Sauberkeit, herzlicher Empfang und Abschied durch die Betreuerin, und natürlich eine sensationelle Aussicht!
