Shop, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, tennis 2 km. The Mosel thermal baths, 2 km. The apartment building is only 10 m from the Mosel river, accross from a quiet side road.
"Appartement A12", 1-room apartment 27 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with 1 double bed, cable TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Hartelijke verwelkoming.

De woning voldoend niet zoals de foto en de beschrijving doet vermoeden, nl dat dit appartement aan de voorkant van het gebouw ligt met uitzicht op de Moezel. Hier van verwacht je een eerlijke beschrijving van de ligging en niet zoals wij ervaren hebben dat deze vakantie woning aan de achterzijde ligt , dus geen zicht op de Moezel. Dit voelt niet goed en is zeker niet klantvriendelijk, men (wij )verwachten een eerlijke beschrijving van een te huren vakantiewoning.

Nur für minimale Ansprüche geeignet.

Der Parkplatz stand nicht zur Verfügung. Der sehr sehr kleine Balkon liegt nur im Schatten. Eine Matratze war in Ordnung die andere brauchte ich zum Glück ja nicht. Keine Fensterrollos. Die Fenster konnten mit den hellen Stores nicht zum schlafen abgedunkelt werden. Leute die vorbeigingen konnten einen in Bett liegen sehen. Die Küchenutensilien müssten mal erneuert oder zumindest gründlich gereinigt werden.Der Wasserhahn im Bad quietscht beim benutzen. Für Leute mit wenig Ansprüchen OK

Der angegebene Parkplatz/Stellplatz A12 stand nicht zur Verfügung da er laut Angabe der Schlüsselhalters Herr N. schon seit längerer Zeit an Bewohner des Hauses (An der Mosel 22) abgegeben wurde. Abreisetag: angegebene Uhrzeit bei Buchung wich der Angabe vor Ort ab (9:00 Uhr an Stelle von 10:00) Als Grund wurde die spezielle Auflage der intensiven Reinigung des Zimmers durch die Corona-Situation benannt.

Zimmer hell freundlich und sauber. Keine gute Zeit zum Urlaub machen ,da viele Lokale und Geschäfte in Winterpause waren.

Ferienwohnung: An der Mosel

Wohnung in gutem Zustand, schade das die Wohnung zur Rückseite liegt, kleiner Balkon. Dafür ist die Lage des Hauses hervorragend gelegen, diekt an der Mosel, sehr ruhig, super zum Spazieren gehen, auch für ältere Menschen geeignet mit vielen Bänken an der Promenade. Toll für Hundebesitzer. Viele Restaurants, Hotels und Geschäfte. Schöne Städtchen und Orte in der Nähe, lohnt sich sie zu besichtigen.

The photograph is misleading, the accommodation is around the back with a tiny half balcony and no view whatsoever. The room is small and the hob would not work properly, we left after four nights instead of seven. The town itself is pleasant and their are a many local pretty places to visit.

Misrepresented by photograph

This is not an apartment, it is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom plus a fridge and a hob which does not work properly. The accommodation is squashed in around the back with no view at all and a 'balcony' which is about one square metre. A depressing place, we left after only four nights.
