Die Ferienwohnung war gemĂŒtlich fĂŒr mein Mann und mich.FĂŒr eine kleine Familie ist die Wohnung auch ausreichend. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Das einzige was ich zu bemĂ€ngeln habe ist die Terasse im Aussenbereich.Es kommt nicht viel Sonne auf die Terasse,weil die BĂ€ume und Hecken das verhindern,sie sind einfach zu hoch.Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was einem den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Hell, freundlich, sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Soweit erst mal ganz ordentlich!

An sich hatte die Wohnung alles was man braucht fĂŒr ein schönes Wochenende. Sie liegt schön ruhig im Souterrain, Wanderwege und allerlei AktivitĂ€ten direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Erster Kontakt mit Vermieter auch freundlich und nett. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung und war gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Allerdings war es bedingt durch die Kellerlage feucht und muffig. Auf Anfrage beim Vermieter ,mit dem Hinweis, es sei kalt in der Wohnung ,wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Heizung erst eingeschaltet wurde. An sich fand ich das schon fragwĂŒrdig....ich erwarte GĂ€ste und stelle im Moment des Ankommens erst die Heizung ein? Ähnlich verhielt es sich beim Abreisen. Wir hatten die SpĂŒlmaschine befĂŒllt und nochmals laufen lassen. Mussten uns dann bei Abreise anhören, dass wir doch sehr gĂŒnstig gewohnt hĂ€tten( ja hab ich die Preise gemacht???) und nun soviel Arbeit fĂŒr ihn hinterlassen...... Fazit:Mit weniger schwĂ€bischer MentalitĂ€t und mehr Heizung wĂ€re es ein schönes Wochenende gewesen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen...und zwar aufgrund ders Vemieters.
