This beautiful and tastefully decorated 20 m² studio, located on the ground floor, is composed of :
- a beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a small balcony,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- hoover, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wifi.

## Neighborhood

The flat is located a 5 min walk from the city centre and the Vieux Port of La Rochelle, and 10 min from the train station away, allowing you to visit the coast on foot or by bike very easily. After strolling along the quays, visitors are invited to wander through the pretty streets of the old town. The many small shops in the pedestrian zones and the streets lined with arcades have everything to satisfy shopping enthusiasts. You can also reach the aquarium in just 10 minutes by foot.

La Rochelle Railway Station → 10 min on foot
La Rochelle-Île de Ré Airport → 15 min by car
