Complete accommodation of 56m² with two bedrooms, and an exterior of 16m² with a unique view along the Rompsay canal equiped of outdoor living room and outdoor dining table. Quiet and very accessible area. The accommodation also has an underground parking space.

The residence has another shared exterior as well as common vegetable gardens.

Located 15 minutes walk from the old port (down town). Two self-service bicycle terminals are located on each side of the residence. The cycle path passes in front of the residence.

Tolle Lage, ideal mit Fahrrädern

Im August haben wir zwei traumhafte Wochen in La Rochelle verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums direkt an einem Fahrradweg. Diverse Strände sind mit den Rädern oder dem Auto zügig erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon sowie einen großen Fahrradstellplatz und eine Tiefgarage. Sie liegt ruhig an einem kleinen Fluss. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen ausreichend, allerdings ist das Doppelbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 m Breite sehr klein. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher spärlich. Nachdem wir jedoch das Fehlen eines größeren Topfes bemängelt hatten, hat der Vermieter innerhalb von zwei Tagen einen neuen, großen Topf besorgt. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Die Möbel sind zweckmäßig, aber eher einfach. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt dennoch sehr gelungen.

Bonne situation et calme

L’appartement pourrait être parfait ! Malheureusement, nous avons dû déranger le propriétaire car les casseroles n'étaient plus utilisables, un matelas taché sur toute sa surface. Le tancarville complètement rouillé. Le sofa trace ce brulure. L’appartement devrait être plus propre lors de la remise des clefs. (terrasse, cuisine, dans les coins toile d’araignée) Nous avons apprécié la réactivité du propriétaire, le lendemain tout était réglé.

Lovely stay in La Rochelle

A fantastic apartment to enjoy the highlights of La Rochelle. Just a short 20 minute walk into the old town, this apartment was clean, well managed and comfortable for our family of 4. Lovely large balcony area and decent sized bedrooms. Free parking outside too which was a bonus. No air con, but reasonably cool with the windows open. A lovely stay and a great host.

Bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans l'appartement avec nos 3 enfants. L'appartement est bien situé a 15 minutes a pied du vieux port. Propreté impecable. Je recommande.
