La situation de l'immeuble est assez exceptionnelle, au bord du lac, à 15 minutes à pied du centre. Et si le balcon donne sur d'autres maisons, la petite fenêtre de la cuisine offre une vue superbe sur Saint-Moritz. A part ça l'appartement est propre et confortable, un peu vieillot peut-être (et encore) mais ça ne nous a pas du tout dérangés. L'immeuble date des années 60 ou 70, on le remarque notamment à la grandeur des espaces! La piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau!

Tolle Lage, geräumig, ins Alter gekommen
Die Wohnung ist an sehr guter, zentraler Lage in St. Moritz Bad. Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über einen Lift. Die Wohnung ist gross (für 2 Personen). Die Einrichtung und Apparate sind jedoch ins Alter gekommen. Es fehlt ein Abzug in der Küche.

Funktionell und geräumig
Es hat alles was man braucht und genügend Platz, um sich für einen Skiurlaub mit allem Material auszubreiten. Parking ist draussen und ungedeckt, was bei -20 Grad nicht optimal war. Insgesamt nicht sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Matratzen haben definitiv ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Aber gute Lage und für den Preis in Ordnung.

Un petit paradis à recommander
Le plaisir commence à l'agence où l'accueil - en français - est charmant et compétent. L'appartement est grand et confortable, Le balcon donne sur des immeubles et des montagnes, mais son secret réside dans la fenêtre de la cuisine qui offre une vue grandiose sur le lac. Tout l'immeuble est parfaitement entretenu; le hall d'entrée est décoré d'affiches anciennes vantant les beautés de St. Moritz, un des plus beaux endroits du monde. Parking pratique, piscine magnifique... et très peu de monde!

Alles was es braucht
Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Bonus war das Hallenbad im EG, welches auch benutzt werden durfte.
We stayed here for a week's skiing and had a great experience. The agent's communication was excellent and very helpful, and the apartment was warm and very clean. The area was quiet but just 10 mins walk from the shops and 50m from the bus stop, where the free bus takes you to the ski lift in 3 minutes. We were missing a corkscrew but the agent dropped one off the same day. All round a very nice apartment and would recommend it.
