Substandard in schlechter Lage
Das Appartment hat eine schlechte Lage, die Aussicht ist durch einen Hügel versperrt, so dass man ein klaustrophobisches Gefühl hat. Außerdem ist die Wohnung offensichtlich seit der Entstehungzeit nicht renoviert worden, die Möbel und Vorhänge kommen anscheinend auch aus den 1980er Jahren, sehr unschön, Schlafsofa zu kurz und schlechte Matzratze. Außerdem sehr unzureichend in der Küche ausgestattet, Spülmaschine sehr laut. Überteuert für das, was die Wohnung biete. Eine große Enttäuschung.

Gute Lage aber etwas heruntergekommen
Die Lage ist super und der Brötchenservice auch. Leider ist die Wohnung ziemlich dunkel, die Einrichtung ziemlich altertümlich und die Kücheneinrichtung sehr spärlich und zum Teil am auseinander fallen.

Ideale Lage
Surlej liegt fern vom Durchgangsverkehr und ist dennoch ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Wir schätzen im Margun die sehr freundliche Reception vor Ort und die Auto-Einstellhalle. Wohnung ruhig, aber etwas dunkel.
