the place was as advertised. The only problem we had was with our maps online finding it correctly the cell phone lost its way I guess

Not the cleanest
Outside grill was in no shape to cook on
dryer worked but extremely loud
location was great and a quiet stay but would not stay here again
The location was very remote but only 6 miles to High Springs and short drive to Ginnie Springs. Your gps will not bring you to location!! So follow given instructions.
The pictures shown online were accurate.
The accommodations housed our eight adults comfortably. Every shower had hot water! Beds comfortable. Wifi provided.
Visiting on the screened porch and relaxing in the hammock, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit- made the trip extra fun! (Wood was provided)
Some guest comments were: minor repairs are needed- the electrical outlets need to be changed, plugs fall out of sockets. Missing table lamps in main room and small table for between chairs on screened porch. Lack of mirrors at least one full length would be nice. Not enough towels and toilet paper were left.
Floors were dirty. Kitchen was decently stocked with plates utensils dish soap pots pans air fryer micro gas stove refridge and washer dryer. Ice maker would be nicer. Bring foil, ziplock bags, napkins.
We would definitely come back!
We went up to Newberry for a baseball tournament and we were able to share this beautiful home. 10 total. 5 adults 5 kids. Had enough space and loves it. We will be back! Great communication as well
Communication and check in process was super easy. The house and property were great and fit our large group of 9. Loved the backyard/ firepit, it was beautiful and relaxing at night!
We were only here for 3 nights and on the go visiting family. Location was perfect, close to the springs and town was not far. We wanted to sit at the fire but time did not allow it. Danielle was wonderful to work with. Will definitely rent again if in the area.
Our family so enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable with large dining room table. Nice living room. The porch in the back was the best!!! It rained once and sitting outside on the porch while it was raining was lovely. We enjoyed the fire pit. Made s’mores and popped popcorn. In the morning we saw deer. Watching the stars at night is lovely because it was so dark. Beautiful!!
Overall loved our stay. Thank you!!

Nice trip
The place was nice, but dressers or shelves for our clothes would of been nice. We used the fire pit, but we had to clean it out, so the wood would fit inside the pit. The ashes were to the top.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It met our needs for the weekend gathering to celebrate our friends anniversary. A handyman with some 1/2 inch plywood to shore up the beds, and a couple of new appliances could turn this place into a five star gem pretty easily. The porch is divine!!! We wish we had time to enjoy the fire pit! Overall thumbs up!
My friends and I rented this place for my buddies wedding. It was awesome. The place was so clean and easy to find. It had plenty of room for All of us and all out stuff. The instructions we clear and everything worked perfectly. I couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay the weekend. If you are loooking for a nice weekend getaway, I highly recommend this place. It’s amazing!!!
Overall, our stay was Good. The house has everything you need. The backyard is very pretty with A lot of trees. It is very dark at night outside though.
The house is close to the springs. However, The roads to get to the house are not paved, therefore it takes longer to go from one place to another. There is a good size table in the kitchen and everything is updated. The beds were a bit hard and in the master bathroom the water feels very cold maybe because it is a bigger room.
The owner was very nice and was always available to take our calls or messages.
One thing I would do is to have a little vacuum available, because the floor gets very dusty from the dirt and sand outside.
I would recommend this property for those who want to enjoy the beautiful springs in the area.
I would go back for sure
