Belles vacances
L’appartement est très fonctionnel, spacieux, la terrasse est un plus. La dotation pour la cuisine est minimale, il manquait des produits pour le nettoyage. A ventilation de la cuisine est à refaire.

Nicht in Ordnung
Nicht in Ordnung, dass über 3/4 der Schränke nicht zur Verfügung stehen (gesperrt für Eigennützung des Eigentümers). Ein Badzimmer für 4 Personen mit als Ablagefläche nur mini Tablaren ist eine Zumutung. Trotz 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten sollte diese FeWo für maximum 2 Personen im Angebot sein. Sehr schlechte Werbung für Interhome/Utoring und zum Glück wegen dem Covid19 sind wir nur zu 2 anstatt zu 4 Personen angereist sonst wäre es sehr ungemütlich in dieser Wohnung gewesen

Sehr schöne Aussicht
Die Aussicht von dieser Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, das dunkle, liebevoll ausgewählte Mobiliar mit Trödel-Touch ist etwas Geschmacksache. Die Küche ist sehr klein und wurde nicht renoviert, kochen in einem Wohnmobil ist vergleichsweise angenehmer als in dieser Küche. Der Eigentümer hat sehr viel Stauraum für sich blockiert, damit ist der Platz für 4 Leute nicht ganz genügend.

Zuwenig Fotos von der Wohnung auf der Homepage
Auf der Homepage von Interhome gibt es nur sehr wenig Fotos von der Wohnung (genau gesagt nur sieben Stück, während von der Außenanlage, dem Eingangsbereich, der Pizzeria etc. ein Vielfaches an Fotos gezeigt wird). Z.B. gibt es nicht einmal ein Bild vom zweiten Schlafzimmer; auch die Sitzgruppe im Wohnzimmer ist nicht zu sehen, sondern nur ein Teil des Sofas. Der Esstisch mit den Stühlen ist nur durch einen Spiegel zu erkennen.
