prettig appartement op een mooie plek

Het appartement ligt aan een rustige weg met een mooi uitzicht. De twee slaapkamers zijn redelijk (2 losse bedden in een grote kamer en een vrij klein tweepersoonsbed in een kleine kamer). De derde slaapruimte is op de overloop met twee losse bedden onder een schuin dak. Daarboven zit een veluxraam dat niet open kan en dat maakt de ruimte (in de zomer) vrij warm. Wel fijn is het toilet op de bovenverdieping. De keuken is klein maar zeer goed voorzien van apparatuur, kookgerei en servies.

Molto buono

La casa è in una posizione molto comoda e bella di La Punt. Arredata con cura, ben fornita la cucina, molto gradevole il grande balcone. Non molto comodo il secondo bagno (wc senza lavandino che è invece incorporato in un armadio). Suggerisco di chiarire meglio come si utilizzano le finestre lucernaio Velux del piano di sopra perché io non sono stata in grado di aprirle.

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine wunderbare Winterferienwoche in der Chesa Chanella 5 verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut gelegen. In der Nähe beginnen gleich die Langlaufloipen, es hat einen Skilift für Kinder, Möglichkeiten zum Schlitteln, Schneeschuhwandern und eine gute ÖV-Anbindung an andere Orte im Engadin. Geschätzt haben wir auch, dass wir zu Fuss zum Bäcker, Supermarkt oder ins Sportgeschäft gehen konnten.

Appartement bien équipé, avec l'agrément d'une mezzanine sur séjour et cheminée. Belle vue dégagée sur espace vert, maisons engadinoises, et montagnes. Balcon très agréable.

Wir waren 6 Personen. Alle fühlten sich sehr wohl. Für diejenigen die die Wohnung genießen möchten, die sind begeistert vom prächtigen Ausblick. Ein kleiner Abstrich. Eine Kaffe-Filter- Maschine passt nicht mehr zum Standard der Wohnung.
