Grab the provided beach cart and enjoy beautiful Cocoa Beach which is only a 4 minute walk and then return to the privacy of your own 35’ heated pool. 5 hole mini golf for your recreational pleasure. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house which can sleep up to 8 .The master bedroom has its own bath and is furnished with a king sized bed. Another bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third is outfitted with a bunkbed featuring a full size lower bed and a twin bed on top. There is an additional sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa. Wired with the latest technology, the house features cable wall mounted LED TVs in the living room and each bedroom, wireless internet, and DVD players. The sunny open floor plan flows seamlessly from a spacious entertaining area with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar to a dining area which seats up to 14 and a built in desk overlooking the pool. We also offer complimentary bottled water, and coffee! Outside is a huge pool deck with abundant seating and an expansive lounging area including a large gas grill. The large fenced backyard is a fantastic place for enjoying our games such as corn hole, horseshoes, ring toss, and other games and for children to run and play. The pool is about 4 feet at its deepest point and has multicolored LED lighting which provides dramatic swimming at night. This past November we added a 5 hole artificial grass putting green! Our backyard also has a night lighting package that is on pre set timers! Our pool is heated to 80 degrees at no additional cost! Coral Cottage is located just a short walk from Golfn' Gator Mini Golf and Go Karts and Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures with convenient access to many local restaurants. The property is also just a 10 minute walk from Cocoa Beach Pier. NOTE: Non smoking property including outside. No pets/animals permitted due to severe pet and environmental allergies. Age restriction 25 years of age!
Note: Our pool is heated from November 1st- May 1st to 80 degrees! If you are requesting a warmer pool temperature up to 89 degrees, the fee will be $25.00 per day! Please contact the owner prior to arrival!
This home has a one car garage that is used only for storage not parking! We do have parking for
two cars in our driveway! No street parking is allowed! We just added a backyard gazebo!
We do have a second driveway which is utilized for the owners private RV.
