Welcome to our superb house with swimming pool heated from mid-June to mid-September, located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a quiet, residential area!

With a surface area of 147m² and 500m² of grounds, this home, equipped with a heated swimming pool in summer, can comfortably accommodate 12 people, and offers its travelers the chance to enjoy an ideal stay.

Discover Saint-Jean-de-Monts, with its long sandy beaches and numerous hiking and cycling trails.

IN THE STUDIO (located in the house)
🔹A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery and cooking utensils) an iron is also at your disposal,
🔹A sleeping area with double bed (140*190), sofa, table and bedside lamp,
PLEASE NOTE: the velux window has no shutters or curtains. So there can be a lot of light in the room.
🔹A bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC, towel rail, mirror and storage,

GARDEN:
🔹An enclosed garden with barbecue, parasol and outdoor furniture,
🔹A heated outdoor swimming pool (2,30m x 4,3m). PLEASE NOTE: The pool is open and heated to 26 degrees from June 15 to September 15.

PLEASE NOTE: We would like to point out to travelers that parties and soirées are strictly forbidden in order to respect the place and the neighboring dwelling.

🚗 For parking, up to 3 vehicles can be parked within the grounds.
