Perfectly Located!

A lot of popular locations were within walking distance, Familia Sagrada, Gothic Quater, La Rambla ect. Check in process was super easy, Natalia met us at the property and handed us keys. The property was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Goos Location but in summer The AC NEEDS TO WORK !

Hello ! we understood most of the things in Europe are small. This location is spacious.BUT the AC Unit wasnt working properly! I had to sleep in the coach 🙁 while the AC was blowing not too cold air. My kids were uncomfortable also because the AC wasn't cooling enough . Close to the Rambla and other attractions. we were there mostly at night , we were out during the day

The AC has been inspected since this review and found some defects, in which case replacement parts have been ordered and installed as soon as received. Good location

Our stay was for 4 days, the location was great and close by to the main attractions. Monserrat was a great host and communication was excellent. The apartment has a plus, and it's that it has a dryer machine. The only downside that I experience is that the apartment has only one AC unit for the entire apartment (to include bedrooms). The unit is programmed to be in the fan mode, you can power it up but every one hour it goes to fan mode. There is little AC reaching to the bedrooms. I would also recommend to have more blankets, the ones in the beds are thick and since the AC is not great, you tend to sweat a lot during the night.

Die Wohnung war für uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut geeignet. Die Betreuung und Begrüßung seitens der Agentur war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Aufgrund der Lage zum Innenhof war zwar die Aussicht nicht so schön, wir hatten aber auch keinen Verkehrslärm.

Les Points positifs: Logement bien situé et propre. Grandeur acceptable pour une famille. Cuisine assez bien équipée. Très bonne communication. Late check out très apprécié. Les points négatifs: Insonorisation insatisfaisante. Lit et literie pas très confortable. On a passé une belle semaine, tout est à distance de marche, le quartier est sympa. Il y a plusieurs supermarchés à distance de marche. Toutefois, on a vraiment mal dormis.

Très bon séjour à Barcelone

Cette location était parfaite pour nous, famille élargie. Très calme et très propre, située à proximité de beaucoup de sites touristiques. Nous avons pu explorer la ville à pied tout en étant proche du métro si besoin. Seul bémol, les toilettes dans la salle de bains et peut-être l'absence de lave vaisselle mais ça ne nous empêcherait pas d'y retourner si l'occasion se présentait. Super location et super séjour !

Logement bien situé et propre. Très bonne communication avec gestionnaire. Cuisine assez bien équipée. Pas très grand comme logement mais très fonctionnel. L’insonorisation est insatisfaisante, on entend les voisins très bien. La literie et les matelas ne sont pas super non plus. Bref, ce logement est bien situé et propre mais ça été plus difficile pour la qualité du sommeil.

Our first trip to Barcelona

This place was great. Pretty spacious, our family of 5 fit comfortably with room to spare. The only downside was that there was only 1 AC unit and the bedrooms got very hot. Other than that it was walking distance to some sights we wanted to check out . The elevator was a huge perk! Overall pretty good place to stay.

bel appartement pour une famille, au calme, vues sur cours au 6ième étage. Bien aménagé avec lave linge et seche linge. manque éventuellement lave vaiselle pour ceux qui mangent sur place. Seul bémol : les toilettes dans la salle d'eau.
