Small ,cozy one story 15 unit complex.Never crowded. Lots of privacy. Fantastic location walk everywhere if you prefer. You do not need a car.We have a "freebeeonthekey" They pick you up at home and take you where you like and then bring you home again with a golf cart. Courtesy of Village of Key Biscayne.Self contained small and very friendly Island community bordered by two State parks with virtually zero crime. Our zip code is: 33149
