Kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren schon 2mal in diesem Haus. Uns gefällt die ruhige Umgebung, ein Auto für das tägliche ist notwendig. Der Garten mit Bäumen und der gepflegte Pool ist toll. Ein TV-Gerät mit dt. Sender wäre von Vorteil. Der Geschirrspüler müsste erneuert werden. Ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise könnte noch angeschafft werden.

Urlaub 09/2021

Das Haus hat eine super tolle Lage, strandnah, ruhig gelegen, am Rande eines Olivenhains. Leider gibt es keine intakten Fliegengitter (Stechmücken waren sehr hungrig), keine Außendusche, die die Poolfilteranlage entlasten würde, einige Stromquellen sind ohne Funktion, Mobiliar zweckmäßig. Mit ein weinig Geld und Liebe könnte es ein begehrtes Haus werden, aber es scheint ein reines "Vermietobjekt" zu sein. Schade, aber der Urlaub war sehr entspannend.

Lastima de la limpieza

Realmente la casa cumplía lo esperado. Tranquilidad, así como todo lo anunciado. Lastima que la empresa de limpieza... no se tome en serio esto del COVID19. Los barrotes, berjas de las ventanas así como cristales y zonas comunes estaban muy sucios. Solo limpiaron lo justo, barrer fregar y poco más. Deberían saber que en los tiempos que estamos, la limpieza y desinfección es súper importante. Y en ese apartamento no se ha tenido en cuenta. Solo espero no haberme contagiado, pues no toman medidas

Viele Details sind verbesserungswürdig

Zunächst einmal: Gute Abwicklung bei der Buchung, sehr freundliche und kompetente Begrüßung bei der Schlüsselabholung an der zentralen Übergabestelle bei Interhome. Am Haus angekommen fielen allerdings mehrere Details ins Gewicht, die zunächst einen stark negativen Eindruck hinterließen. Beispiele: -Obwohl alles sauber geputzt war, schlug einen beim Öffnen des Kühlschranks ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen - hier war länger nicht gelüftet worden. -Bei der Spülmaschine ähnliches und die Inlets zum Einräumen des Geschirrs waren teils rostig - da hat man erstmal keine Lust auf Benutzung und spült leer durch! - ZWEI Aussengrills waren leider ebenfalls rostig, dazu die Grillroste schwarz und nicht gereinigt, wir haben auf s Barbecue verzichtet (und ich grille sehr gerne)! Grillkohle, Anzünder und Streichhölzer haben wir für weniger empfindliche Gäste dagelassen. -Die Holzfenster sind an einigen Stellen leicht verzogen und lassen sich zum Lüften nur schwer öffnen/wieder schließen -Gleiches gilt für die Holzrolladen, die mittels Metallstiften verbunden waren und oft hakten -Das Sofa machte einen abgenutzten Eindruck,ein größerer Schmutzfleck war nur teilweise entfernt. -In einem der beiden Badezimmer war als Ablage für Shampoo, etc. auch ein Metallgestell an der Duschstange angebracht - leider rostig (da wäre billiges Plastik sogar ansprechender). Trotz dieser in der Ausstattung ja schon als "einfach" beschriebenen Punkte, gab es auch einige POSITIVE gute Aspekte: -Der Pool war sauber und wurde sogar während unseres 4 Tage Aufenthaltes nochmals gereinigt. Besonders stark, die Beleuchtung, welche sich ab 21:00 Uhr farblich ändert, ein echter Hingucker. -Die Lage des wirklich großen Grundstücks ist zwar abgelegen, dafür aber auch entsprechend ruhig, genau das was wir wollten (ein Auto/Mietwagen ist natürlich notwendig) -Die Raumgrößen sind prima, die überdachte Terasse zum Entspannen ideal. -Bei Schlüsselübergabe gab es eine Flasche Sekt/Cava, vielen Dank dafür. - Ebenfalls war eine große Dose Insektenspray vorhanden, neben den Fliegengittern wichtig, da eine Raumtemeperatur durch fehlende Klimaanlage leider schlecht zu senken war, trotz Abdunklung der Räume durch die Rolladen. -Die Liegen am Pool waren bequem, Wäscheleinen zum Trocknen von Handtüchern außen gespannt. Mit der Zeit arrangierte man sich mehr und mehr und wusste auch die angenehmen Dinge des Hauses zu schätzen. -Das Haus machte auf mich einen sicheren Eindruck durch Metallgitter an Fenster

Viele Details sind zu verbessern

Viele Details ergeben zunächst ein negatives Bild , die den Gesamteindruck eines an sich mal früher recht guten Hauses schmälern. Bespiele: unangenehmer Geruch im Kühlschrank beim Öffnen(wohl länger unbenutzt), gleiches bei Spülmaschine(Inlet für Geschirrablage teils verrostet), Klinke am Gartentor lose/defekt, Einsatz Dusche in einem der beiden Badezimmer auch verrostet. Holzrolladen haken, HolzFenster teilweise schwer zu öffnen und schließen , da verzogen. Grills außen verrostet und Grillroste schmutzig. Absolut positiv war: -Sicherheitsgefühl durch rundum vergitterte Fenster -cooler Pool, der sehr sauber und gepflegt war, nachts beleuchtet -ruhige Wohnlage (wobei Auto für Einkäufe wie Brötchen aber nötig ist, auch um an den Strand zu kommen) -Flasche Sekt/Cava als Begrüßung Ich würde das Objekt nur bedingt weiterempfehlen, an besonders empfindliche Gäste sicher nicht. Der eigene, klasse Pool und das großzügige Grundstück entschädigen aber für vieles. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bei einer anderen FEWO waren Kaffeekapseln zur Begrüßung enthalten, ebenso Geschirrhandtücher und neue Spülschwämme. Auch für die Spülmaschine 2 Tabs, ebenso für die Waschmaschine, dazu 1 Flasche Wasser, MiniMagdalenas, mehr als EINE Rolle Toilettenpapier - lässt zumindest das Gefühl aufkommen, willkommen zu sein und den Urlaub sofort beginnen zu können (und das man sich um den Gast und sein Wohlbefinden Gedanken macht).

Maison correcte mais un peu vétuste dans l'ensemble. Cuisine bien équipée. Le prix du ménage est élevé car la maison était sale en arrivant (vaisselle pas bien lavée dans les placards, mouchoir au sol, papiers dans les armoires, couvertures tachées ) et le prix du linge aussi (pas de tapis de douche, uniquement 2 serviettes et un drap de lit). Commentaires laissés directement aux employés d'abritel. Maison bien située, à 1km de la plage.
