The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

This beautiful estate home will make you feel as if you’re staying in your own boutique hotel; hip artwork lines the walls, modern, chic furniture adorns the rooms, while the grounds will leave you wanting to play more.

Top to bottom we will deck you out with all luxuries to make your stay as exquisite as possible: High-speed WiFi, Huge smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a terrific dining area, and drool-worthy finishings. We can literally accommodate all your friends, family members, and colleagues under one ridiculously perfect roof. The meticulously designed interior and the beautiful grand back yard is ideal for gatherings and socializing, big or small.

Even our parking situation is ideal: our garage can fit TWO cars, the private back driveway has room for Three more cars and street parking in front of the house is always FREE!
You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

Each bedroom features a unique sleeping arrangement, sure to please even the fussiest of guests:
The master bedroom has one king bed, a smart TV, and a full en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has one Queen bed, and one Twin over twin bunk bed.
The third bedroom has one queen bed.
The fourth bedroom has two Twin over Twin bunkbeds.
The fifth bedroom has a queen bed (this room will be open only for groups of 12+)

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful house, back yard, and amenities this property has to offer.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. our home is located right in the center of vibrant Plano where you Conveniently close to various turnpikes & interstates, shopping, dining, airport & a short 25-min drive to downtown Dallas Where you will find lots of great restaurants and shopping! Toyota Stadium, Dr. Pepper Ball Park, and Willow bend Mall are also just a few miles away.

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas stay! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Thank you kindly.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
