The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Welcome to your temporary home! You’ll be utterly charmed by the lovely exterior of our bungalow home. Situated on a premium corner lot, it has a very large manicured front lawn. Unload your bags and head on through the double door entryway to check out the interior of your home. The light, bright, and open-concept floorplan is accentuated by the on-trend color palette, numerous windows, and beautiful finishes. You will love the thoughtful interior design that will make you feel both indulged and right at home.



The cozy living room invites you to sink into the comfy couches to relax by the fireplace and watch some TV. And let’s not forget about the massage chair available so you can really relax after a day of fun. It’s a truly beautiful space with modern and comfy furniture and wall paneling adding tons of visual interest. You’ll also have a great view of the pool through the large windows that let in plenty of natural light.



When you get hungry, head on into your very own fully equipped kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. Bright and open, it features beautiful countertops and built-in stainless steel appliances. You’ll love the convenience of having this amazing kitchen. There is also a large breakfast area and a lovely dining room that offer plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their meals together.



The beauty of the living area carries into the soothing bedrooms as well. You’ll have 4 spacious bedrooms that will allow you to comfortably recuperate so you can enjoy your trip to the fullest. Sink into the lavish bedding atop the high-end beds and let the day’s tiredness melt away. You can wash up in any of the 3 gorgeous bathrooms that are all equally amazing with stunning tiles and modern finishes, from the countertops to the fixtures and décor. Clean and spa-like, you’ll feel truly relaxed freshening up in any one of them.



Finally, a must-have for any great home, you will love the large sparkling pool in the amazing backyard! It’s perfect for cooling off in while basking in the amazing Texas weather. Fully fenced-in for your privacy, you’ll be able to be at ease and unwind poolside among the beautiful landscaping.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

The Neighborhood:

Your home is in an excellent location! You’ll be in the Huntington Park neighborhood of Plano, Texas. The University of Texas at Dallas campus is 7 minutes away. You’re also only 28 minutes to DFW airport, 25 minutes to downtown Dallas and 40 minutes to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup.



Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 15 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. Andretti Indoor Karting is 20 minutes away and features go karting, bowling, arcade, ropes courses, and laser tag. Named one of the “Top 10 Trips to Take Before Your Kid Turns 10” by Parents Magazine, the kids will adore Plano’s most colorful attraction, the Crayola Experience, featuring 22 hands-on attractions. It’s just 12 minutes away! The Dark Hour Haunted House is also a 10-minute drive away and provides the ultimate scare with immersive lighting, sets, sounds, and well-trained actors.



Just 10 minutes away, Bob Woodruff Park and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve are connected by biking trails, creating an 840-acre green space, making it a larger continuous park space than Central Park. It has 5 miles of soft trails and 3.5 miles of concrete trails, with several situated along Rowlett Creek. There is also an equestrian zone where visitors can ride horses. Bob Woodruff Park is home to a 200-year-old Bur Oak, the oldest tree in Plano. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding on the lake all day.



There are many shopping and entertainment options, including The Shops at Willow Bend, a 10-minute drive. Legacy West is 15 minutes away and is the largest mixed retail destination in North Texas. It is home to the best in shopping and dining, with great brands and more than 20 restaurants, along with a Renaissance-style hotel. Offering the classic energetic yet relaxing boardwalk feel, Plano’s Granite Park Boardwalk is also 15 minutes away and has many excellent restaurants with beautiful patios, live entertainment, and outdoor games. It’s the perfect spot to dine, take a stroll, and unwind.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.







★ TOWELS NOTE ★



Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.







★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.







★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
