The house was clean, easy to find, and fully outfitted for our trip. Rocking on the front porch on a crisp fall day was the highlight of the trip! The town of Leipers was fun with live music and good food. A little busy, but fun. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in Peggy’s beautiful home. Everything was top notch. Wonderful and comfortable accommodation and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time to stay in Over Yonder. It was just as nice as before. Very clean property! Peggy was very pleasant and courteous to deal with.The next time we come to this area we will most certainly look forward to once again staying in Over Yonder and being in contact with Peggy.

Over yonder was a wonderful getaway place. I was there for two weeks and enjoyed it all. One of the best things that surprised me was being able to sit on the front porch and hear the babbling brook across the road.Peggy just thinks of so many helpful details to make her guests comfortable and to make the house functional.I would certainly stay here again

Unique location just a few minutes from Liepers Fork and access to the Natchez Trace. While near the road there was very little traffic and road noise was not an issue. The fire pit area is a gem with plenty of firewood and view/sounds of the creek across the road. A great stay for 2-3 couples.

Perfect location for day trips to Leipers fork, Franklin,Nashville, etc. Home was very clean and had all the basic supplies one would want. Home was well decorated with an informal country flair. Host was friendly, communicated well and was available for any issue that arose. Will definitely stay there again.

Leave tissue for your guests and don’t program the thermostat to change temperatures in the middle of the night. These are just suggestions otherwise when an absolutely incredible excellent time. It is beautiful there. We used the Firepit. We read books on the front porch. We absolutely loved it.
