Each bedroom features a plush queen bed with black out curtains, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are beautifully appointed—one with a luxurious jetted tub, and the other with a classic cast iron clawfoot tub overlooking the peaceful, tree-lined yard and picturesque bridge over the bubbling creek.
Start your mornings on the spacious back deck with a cup of coffee in hand, soaking in the tranquility of the park-like setting. Inside, you'll find a cozy living space ideal for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, fast WiFi to keep you connected, and a washer and dryer to make longer stays easy and comfortable.
Whether you're here to relax, recharge, or explore the charm and history of downtown Franklin, or city life of Nashville, this welcoming cottage has everything you need for a truly memorable stay. As we our guests to be aware we are experiencing some growing pains in our city and our road is having some construction done on the west side. The hours of operation m-f 7-3pm. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all linens and dirty towels in the bathtub for cleaners.
Please remove all trash and put in the bags then place in trash bins.
Lock home and leave key on silver tray by the door before depature.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
