Loft on West Main 5 blocks from Downtown Franklin

Located a short five block walk to the shops and restaurants of Historic Downtown Franklin, our stylishly appointed loft apartment rests above the three car garage behind our 100 year old home. Built in 1998, the 850 square foot spacious apartment comfortably sleeps two in a queen sized bed. There is also a twin sized pull-out sofa in the living room.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, two 55 inch flat screened cable TVs and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Also included is a designated off-street parking place for one car and an enclosed stairway to the apartment. Please note that we are in the Central Time Zone.

I enjoyed a retreat-like stay in the most wonderful, relaxing, safe, beautiful, well furnished, clean and updated loft! David and Deen are the most gracious of hosts, and made my stay delightful - from the treats on the island, to the nice bottle of Chardonnay in the refrigerator, I had everything I needed and more. I look forward to staying with them again!

Well done place, and in a great area for accessing town. Well stocked with everything needed for a 4 day stay. Typically, we always want a deck/porch, or yard, which this place did not have, however it was not advertised as having such. It is definitely a nice and worth the price, even though we missed one of our requirements when renting.

The Loft apartment was wonderful in so many ways! The location to the historic downtown in Franklin was very walkable, but also an quick drive. The Loft itself was so welcoming and had everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well-equipped, even though we did not cook because Franklin has so many great restaurants. (Merridee's for breakfast, Red Pony and Leiper's Fork for evening meals) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Loft!The weather was a little rainy during our stay, and the Loft was equipped with umbrellas too! Very thoughtful extras!

Great comfy loft close to town!

The Loft was wonderful! We have stayed in a lot of Vrbo’s and this one was the most comfy yet. Deen and David were welcoming hosts and provided the best experience for our stay in Franklin. The loft is just as shown in pictures and has every convenience!

The loft was absolutely lovely! Our host was there to greet us upon arrival and gave us a quick overview of the amenities. We loved the location to town, the surrounding area, as well as the proximity to Nashville. We will definitely consider this property for future visits!

Great Place to Stay in Historic franklin

Dean and David were very gracious hosts. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was a 7 minute walk to the conference I was attending at the 4th Avenue Church of Christ and downtown restaurants. All of the amenities were above expectations and we loved where it was located. I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful loft in beautiful Franklin

We had a lovely stay at this loft in Franklin. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy and quiet. It was very well appointed with everything we needed to help make our stay enjoyable. Best vrbo rental ever

I highly recommend this rental. The hosts and all the amenities made us feel like welcome house guests. Fabulous in Franklin

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful apartment. It had all the amenities we could possibly ask for. We knew it was beautiful from the pictures, but it was even better in person! We also loved the location: It's quiet since it's at the back of the property and within walking distance from downtown Franklin. Check-in and check-out with David was a breeze. You were wonderful too, David, and thank you for making us feel right at home!

Wonderful stay in Franklin

We are somewhat frequent VRBO people. This loft was absolutely the best place we've experienced. David was so kind to meet us and show us around. Every little detail is thought out, including not one but two umbrellas by the door. The location is perfect. Even the neighbors are nice. The gentleman across the street saw us walking up the drive and put down his window and told us to have a great day and enjoy Franklin. Hope to be back again.

Wonderful place in a great location!

My husband and I have been to Franklin quite a few times, but I made this trip with our daughter and it was my first time staying at this comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet and well appointed loft. It is in a great location which is just a lovely 5 block walk down Main Street to downtown Franklin. We appreciated that David gave us a tour of the place upon our arrival and he is such a delight! Great place, Incredible hosts - they thought of everything

The loft was spotless, updated, very inviting and very comfortable. The owners were incredible hosts who thought of every last detail to make our stay enjoyable. Aside from the location and amenities themselves, they put together a book of local restaurants. One night we went to the cork and cow. We have been privileged to eat at many great restaurants, but by far this was one of the best meals we have ever had. We probably would not have gone without their recommendation. Great place. Great hosts. Great town. I highly recommend!

We just spent three nights at this wonderful property. David was great to work with. He met us upon arrival and gave us an introductory tour. After that he was available for any questions we had about the area. The apartment is located in the bonus room above a detached garage. It is very quiet and private. The owners did a magnificent job finishing the space. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. They thought of every little detail a guest would want - including a few bottles of water, soft drinks, and beer in the fridge for us, along with a bottle of wine, GooGoo Bars, and coffee supplies. The home is located only a few blocks from the heart of downtown Franklin. It's an easy walk straight down the street. Thank you David! Your wonderful hospitality was very much appreciated. We look forward to making a return trip in the near future.
