Proprietors, Actor, John Schuck and West Coast Artist, Harrison Houle’ moved to Franklin after visiting their son and family at Christmas time and attending the “Dickens’ Festival”. They developed an instant love for the quaint town and immediately sold their house in Venice Beach, California, to start a new adventure In Franklin TN.

The recipient of a 2017 Award of Merit from the Heritage Foundation of Franklin and Williamson County, this cottage was designed with cozy spaces, vaulted ceilings, luxe furnishings and spa like bath amenities for the ultimate retreat.
