This cottage was perfection! Safe neighborhood, clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, close to downtown and the Factory without being right in it. Very accommodating and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Franklin!

Lovely Southern farm style duplex home with very comfortable beds and good showers. Set in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything in the Franklin area. It was a pleasure to stay here.Host Matt was great at communication. Also the house stayed super cool during the near 100 temps we had.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is excellent. Easy walk to downtown Franklin or the Factory. I would definitely come back. One thing I missed in the listing is that you are only renting half of the house. This is not a negative reflection on the property itself but something to note.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was top notch! Loved how we could walk everywhere. Went to a Red Wheel show at the Factory and enjoyed the Saturday morning Farmer's Market. Great restaurants nearby!
