Located in the heart of Franklin, you are a short walk away from restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Historical Franklin Theater, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, local tours and more! This is very much a Southern Charmer! Very well decorated and appointed. It was comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and felt like home. within walking distance of Historic downtown, short drive to downtown Nashville. I wouldn't change a thing! Next time we're in the area, this is the first property I'll check on.

This cottage is as charming as the pictures, it could not have been any better! Matt responded immediately to all our messages, checking on us during our stay. The location of the house was perfect for walking to the Factory and downtown for restaurants and shopping. Strolling the neighborhood was fun too. This house had an incredible kitchen as well. Even though we didn’t cook while there, it had everything you would need for cooking a big holiday meal if desired. Everything about Garden Gate Cottage was perfect, It’s beautiful, comfortable and feels like home, a wonderful place to share with family and friends.
