Excellent! Beautiful cottage with all the amenities needed for your stay. Good water pressure in the showers. Close to everything and in a very nice area. Shopping at Cool Springs was a short drive away.

What a great location. Had a 4 day trip and we had an amazing time. The house is extremely well equipped and I can't think of anything that wasn't provided. It was in a great neighborhood and the pictures don't do it justice.There were two of us and the way the house was set up, it was like there was two master bedrooms. I will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage and it was very comfortable for four adults. We loved it upon sight! It was beautifully decorated, clean and in a great location. It was an easy walk to Franklin and a central location to many other Nashville sights. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at The Garden Gate Cottage A while we were visiting Franklin. The cottage is quite charming and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture...which is important! The back porch was very relaxing and peaceful ...were kept company by numerous birds and rabbits. The cottage is walking distance to downtown Franklin. Franklin is beautiful and we will be returning...and will definitely be booking the cottage again! Many thanks to Matt. He is a gracious host and was very helpful with answering questions.
