Downtown Franklin farmhouse was one of the nicest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were beyond comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous. The TV was so easy to use. It was nothing to cast our devices to the TV. This is an excellent place to stay.

Great house!

This house has a great floor plan, kitchen, comfortable king beds and nice size bathrooms. It is very close to the square in Franklin. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

The Perfect Spot

We stayed 4 nights in this amazingly located home. We showed up and the house was extremely clean and plenty of room for our family of four. Highly recommend the property as the location is a short walk to downtown Franklin with shops and great restaurants. Management is extremely responsive and jumps on any questions or concerns.

This was a super nice townhouse. If you have a big group or family you can rent the next door unit. You can walk to Franklin and enjoy all the food and restaurants. I can’t say enough good.

Everything about this property is top notch. Karen is great with communication and so kind. The homes were clean, had all the amenities and the location couldn’t be beat. We rented both sides of the duplex but couldn’t hear the rest of our group on the other side. It was so quiet. We will definitely be booking again.
