Harrison absolutely outdid herself! Sugar shack is by far the best VRBO in Franklin. The absolute best place for my husband and I to stay during our wedding weekend. We canā€™t wait to book again!! Harrison was so accommodating, we loved every bit of this place!

My husband and I stayed at the The "Sugar Shack" during our wedding weekend, and it was absolutely divine. So beautiful, clean, and every amenity you can think of. It is absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway. Though only a few minutes walk from downtown and a busy road, it felt like we were in our own little place, secluded and quiet. The inside is decorated beautifully, and the lovely deck and por h were wonderful. The gas fire pit outside was amazing to sit around on the cool fall nights. The "Sugar Shack" is a little peace of heaven.

So clean and beautiful. Host communication was great. I didnā€™t expect it but there are several ways to make coffee including an espresso machine. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with essentials and needed pots and pans. Canā€™t give high enough praise. The house was so thoughtfully put together that it made it so relaxing to visit.

The Sugar Shack was absolutely perfect! Beautifully restored piece of history and incredibly charming. Harrison was the best host I've ever had and I use VRBO or similar services 4-6 times a year. Sweet, thoughtful touches, notes, and tasty treats all awaited me. The comfy bed, soaking tub, porch swing and firepit all made for a peaceful getaway to relax and connect. The location was perfect as well to enjoy the quaint town of Franklin. I will return and highly recommend to anyone! A true gem!

It's all in the owners of the property and because Harrison love it you will, my wife was in heaven for her 80 birthday, we spent hours with tea and coffee on the porch. Found very little reason to go downtown. She thought of everything possible. I would do one thing if I owned it, grab bar in shower that's it. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sugar Shack! It was cozy and comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was walking distance to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants in Downtown Franklin, yet felt secluded. The weather turned cold while we were there so we made good use of the outdoor firepit and the wonderful fireplace inside, which added to the coziness! The photos on the app grabbed me, but the real thing was even better! I can't wait for our next stay!!

As always, Harrison made our stay at the Sugar Shack incredible in every way. My wife considers this place our home away from home and this was our third visit. The Shack was super clean as always and every amenity we could need was provided for. I cannot recommend this place enough for a couple's getaway and the convenience of being right outside of downtown Franklin is such a benefit!
