It was a great place to stay for our girls tripto the Nashville Elvis Festival at the Factory. Love the duplex. Convenient location. Had all the amenities you needed. Would come back and stay here again.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Franklin. We were in town to move our son and daughter in law so did not get to experience all of the wonderful things around Franklin. We mostly used the house to sleep and recover after a day of moving in the extreme heat. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had our meals out and did not use the kitchen much. The location was beautiful situated across from a park/horse farm, within walking distance of the Factory that housed restaurants and shops and close to historic Main Street. The hosts were very responsive and checked on us. Looking forward to a return trip.
An AMAZING place. Super clean and cute. Beds were super comfy and everything looked newly renovated. The main bath shower door clicks when you open which was a little scary sounding, but the shower itself is very nice Overall 10/10.
Very nice property with plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 child. Quiet road outside of Franklin. We plan to use this property again if we are in the area. So, that should indicate how happy we were with our stay!
This was perfect for friends on a girls' road trip! Great food at the nearby Factory and downtown Franklin. More than expected things to do in Franklin. Nashville is an easy drive. The property was well maintained and very clean! Comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Will definitely return to Franklin and hope to stay here again.
Location was great. It did feel as though there was some dampness/humidity inside. However, it was rainy so that may have contributed to the issue. It was a nice place to stay.
The space was perfect for what we needed for a quiet weekend. There were four of us ladies, and we loved the walkability to The Factory and Harlinsdale Farm and the close proximity of downtown Franklin for dinners out. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything we needed for our morning, coffee, and there were plenty of towels. While other guests had noted that noise could be a factor, our stay was very quiet and we didn’t have any issues with this at all. Everything was so clean, and the only tiny challenge we had was that there was no mirror in the twin bedroom, which is probably only a problem when there are four ladies trying to get ready at one time!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The property was very nice, well located, and in a quiet location with a scenic view. Very pleasant. I had much difficulty communicating with the host because of VRBO's messaging system. The hosts was very responsive when I could get through to her but I would have to sign in numerous times in order to leave a message. I kept receiving a message from VRBO, "something went wrong on our end." The property was great but VRBO's glitches sure made it hard for me to communicate with the host.
There could not be a better place to stay- the location is ideal!! Straight shot to all things Franklin!! Downtown. Churches. River. Harlinsdale Park. Restaurants. Factory at Franklin. The unit was clean and had space for our family of 5. The unit managers were responsive to all our questions. We feel so fortunate that we chose such a great home away from home.
Great location, able to walk to The Factory for food and entertainment. House was very very clean and has plenty of space! Quiet area. Great parking. Only issue is the living room furniture isn’t very comfortable. The couch is almost impossible to sit on for longer than 5 minutes. Two side chairs are ok and we preferred them but if you have more than 2 people, the couch isn’t conducive to hanging out together. Suggest owners get a new couch.
Wonderful place. Had everything we needed. A few suggestions…the chairs were very low and hard to get out of (we were all 69). Waste baskets for each bedroom would be nice. A box of tissues. There were only 2 teaspoons in the drawer. We would highly recommend it. And come back again. Just so you know the kitchen faucet drips. The middle bedroom needs a new light bulb in the overhead light.Thank you so much!
We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, and the three-bedroom layout was perfect for our group. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it a great place to gather. The furniture was nice, although the couch felt a little cozy for our family since we're all six feet tall or taller—but for our two-night stay, it wasn't a big deal! The beds were very comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and everything was clean. There was a little cosmetic wear in one of the showers that could easily be fixed with some routine maintenance, but it didn't affect our stay at all.One of the highlights was the host's kindness and responsiveness. We accidentally left a pair of headphones behind, and they went out of their way to help us get them back. We really appreciated the extra effort!Parking was easy during our visit. There are two buildings, so I'm not sure how parking would be if both were completely full, but we had no trouble finding a spot. The location is fantastic—just minutes from everything downtown Franklin has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!
This stay consisted of five, older women on an antiquing trip, visiting Landmark Booksellers, and of course, shopping. And believe it or not we all agreed that the home was perfect! It suited our needs to a tee and the location was great! AND communication with the Host was the best I have ever experienced! 5 Stars in every area!
