Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe located in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

It is what it is

Room did what it was supposed to do. Beds clean, bathroom clean and beautiful view. 2nd year staying at this resort. Room was a room. Wasn’t the Four Seasons but we spent all are time outside. Furniture was ok. Nothing special. It was just my husband and I so we aren’t as picky but if you have a family this room is on the less expensive side and is older unit.

We unfortunately stayed 8 nights on the eleven-floor condo at Bay Watch Resort which was awful and we were completely disappointed with the room’s neglect and non-functionality. We felt like we should get a tetanus shot due to the excessive amount of rust on the refrigerator, stove, and the entry of the condo. Our two new pieces of luggage were left dirty and stained from placing them on a shelf. The maintenance staff attempted to repair a drawer that would not shut, needless to say, they could not fix it and we had to utilize it the best way that we could. Be advised, for guest security they must enter a 10-digit code every time they want to gain access to their room. Only one or two elevators working and absoulno parking in our tower for unloading. I normally would not give a negative review, however, I feel other renters should be made aware of the condition of the condo and vas lack of follow-through with the property management corporation. I was in communication with Vacasa the property management company for a day and was told they would get back to me once they received a response from the local operations manager. Their radio silence spoke volumes about how they value their guest. The bright spot was the restaurant's food and outstanding on-site staff.

We had a room for sat night and paid for late checkout because we had to move to a different room on Sunday. Front desk was nice and refunded us the late checkout and said we can stay in the room until other is ready. Bell boy met us with a cart and hauled our luggage to our room. Both rooms were outdated but clean and that’s what counts. However one night a mirror was dropped off 3rd balcony and shattered everywhere then next night a woman dropped her phone off the 15th floor and nearly hit my daughter in the head. She was so lucky literally an inch away. They don’t abide by rules. People were smoking and drinking but we didn’t mind that. We went to enjoy the beach and make memories and we did just that. Some of there rooms look beautiful and if you can afford more of upgrade but if it’s just a place to sleep no worries. There were several pools and hot tubs to choose from as well as lazy rivers. Some pools were cold and some were warm.

The checking in was fast and easy. We even had a valet help us with our luggage. He was great and very pleasant. Our first impression of the place was a little disappointing. It was clean but very dated. The appliances were rusted. The stove was even rusted on the inside. The cupboards were peeling . The dishes was very limited. The beds were very comfortable. The view was wonderful. The people around are all very friendly. I gave it a 4 only because of the need to update. The whirlpool on the bathroom does not work and the pressure was slow. We did enjoy our week very much and definitely would go back. Might try a different unit.it was our 50th anniversary vacation and had a descent week Vacasa is an easy company to deal with.

I loved the view, the size of the condo was great and there was plenty of sleep space. The price was great. The common areas in the lobby, restaurants, pools, etc were nice. The whole place needs to be updated- the inside of room 1139, and the outside of building 3. The windows and doors are rusted from the outside. On the inside of 1139, the dresser was missing handles, the fridge and oven was rusted, the decorations are 20+ years old. The cabinets are worn down and chipped.

Great price and quite area during winter time

Great price. Very quite building. It has the basics in regards to kitchen utensils. DVD player did not work but TV worked fine. Spacious bathroom and shower. Very little counter space in the kitchen area but you expected for the size if the room. The view is amazing from the balcony. Overall great room for the price.

Over 70 Couple Simply Relaxed

My wife and I are over 70 and just needed to get away and sit near the beach just to listen to the ocean waves music . We got that with our 11th story balcony ! The room's accommodations were perfect for playing cards and watching out favorite TV programs in comfort. Even though some of the guest kept the handicapped and 15 minute parking spots full 100 % of the time, we found ways to manage. We will be back for a whole week in the same room the second week in November !

We loved our stay here at Bay Watch!! It was a girls weekend so we knew we would be on the go a lot!! This was the perfect little get away place to stay!! Our room was spacious and clean!! We loved that this place has a lot of pools and jacuzzi’s!! I would definitely stay here again!!

Great Vacation

Very nice and would stay again. Could use a little updating but I’m sure the price would go up a little. Only issue was the shower water pressure was terrible.
