Cottage with 3 bedrooms................................ On the borders of the Périgord Agenais, close to the Dordogne with its many castles and bastides, come and discover our beautiful region with its gastronomic and cultural riches.
In Douzains, between Bergerac and Villeneuve sur Lot, you will appreciate our independent 18th century cottage, located in the middle of the Lot and Garonne countryside, close to our house with the possibility of renting guest rooms.
This 80 m2 cottage can accommodate 5 people on two levels, babies are welcome! (available: travel cot, changing mat, bath, high chair)
On the ground floor: dining room, lounge area in a former bakery (free wifi access), television.

Washing machine, electric heating, wood stove.

Sheets provided on request, pets allowed. Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay (50€), tourist tax: 1,14€ / day, per adult person.

Table football, ping-pong table and other games for children.

Close to the bastide of Castillonnès (4.5 km), all shops, supermarket, swimming pool, fitness trail, tennis, library, cinema.
In the surrounding area: hiking trails, marked cycling routes. Donkey or sleigh rides. Terra Aventura tours in the surrounding area.
