*We are a retreat in the mountains, and we only have one WiFi service provider who services our area, and the WiFi is not great -- it is usually enough for general internet browsing, social media, etc, but not enough for streaming. And sometimes it can be quite spotty. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this, but we hope you'll be able to take this time to unplug and truly enjoy some offline time with family and friends!

***FIREPLACE: Fireplaces will be shut from April - October for the summer season.

**Our outdoor BBQ grill is charcoal. Guests who would like to use the grill will need to bring charcoal for their trip :)

As with all cabins with gorgeous views, our cabin does require some driving uphill, but the roads are paved. From the main roads near wears valley, you turn onto a smaller road and drive about 2-3 minutes until you reach the road where you turn uphill for about 5 minutes. Please be especially careful if you are not familiar with mountain roads. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions at all about the roads.

** Pet Policy: Dogs only - $150 non-refundable pet service fee. Only potty-trained dogs over 2 years old and under 35 lbs. Must be well-trained and do not chew. Cannot be left in the cabin alone unless crated.

**Because we are in the mountains, there is always the possibility of seeing bears, raccoons, and other wildlife around the cabin or even on the porch/yard. Please be careful not to leave any food/drinks/coolers/trash/etc outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife. By renting our property, you assume all responsibility for damages, injury and risk to yourself and underage persons.

**ROADS: In the winter for all cabins that are up in the mountain whether it's ours or another, we recommend a 4x4, especially if there is snow/ice on the road. The county maintains the main roads, but do not maintain the branch roads. We will unfortunately not be able to help tow your car, and if our cleaners/maintenance are able to drive to the cabin safely we will unfortunately not be able to help with cancellations/rescheduling as guests are expected to have reasonable modes of transportation. Please use your discretion when it comes to driving in mountain roads -- sometimes it can simply be unsafe to travel for any car, anywhere up the mountain in extreme weather. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

This might have been just the perfect location! This cabin is not part of a “modern cabin community” with other cabins right next door…there was enough distance to the next cabin(s) that you really feel that sense of mountain seclusion. The cabin was clean and exactly as described, and perfectly located for easy (and scenic) drives into Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg. The host was communicative and quickly responsive to our questions…super friendly! The entire family agreed that this was a great vacation - and where we stayed made a huge difference in that. I cannot recommend this home and this owner enough…if you are looking for a good mountain experience in the Pigeon Forge area, you have found it here!

Mountain Trip

The cabin was beautiful, the view was great from the loft looking out the windows, however from the balconies the trees have grown up blocking what would be a gorgeous view.

Spacious cabin with gorgeous views

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It is very spacious and the views are incredible! We enjoyed to firepit, hot tub and game room. Close enough to PF and Gatlinburg but far enough away that you can just enjoy nature. The host is very responsive and we received our deposit in a timely manner. I would recommend staying here!

Beautiful Cabin!!! Beautiful Views!!

We absolutely loved everything about this cabin!! It was very clean, beautifully furnished, beds were comfortable, and the views were amazing from the living room and upstairs!! Loved how the bunk beds had a queen (maybe bigger) mattress on them. The drive wasn’t bad at all to get to Pigeon Forge. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Amazing Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at your cabin! It was immaculate upon our arrival. The views were just amazing...even in rainy weather. With the hot tub, pool table, vintage arcade, chess AND poker table, we had no shortage of fun inside the cabin. The decor was perfect and everything in the cabin was functional and well appointed. Thanks for opening up your home to us! We hope to return again :)

White Christmas

This year our family enjoyed a white Christmas in the mountains. We created memories we will have for a lifetime. The cabin was spectacular. We sat in the hot tub while the snow fell all around us. We drank cocoa & roasted marshmallows right off the back deck. We had an ongoing competition on the video games and pool table. Each morning we would have a big breakfast together overlooking the snow covered mountains while the fireplace crackled. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee's, teas, spices & plenty of dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable and we never ran out of hot water! The house was PERFECT in every way. This family had no complaints whatsoever and we will be back again!

Wanted to love it...just came up short

We just returned from our 4-day getaway. Let me start out by stating the location was perfect. We loved the privacy, the surrounding areas and the view! I think we all really truly wanted to love this place but feel there were just some small and simple details that could easily and cheaply be fixed to really perfect this place. Check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 10am without any flexibility is a little rough but not totally uncommon, but if those are strict times then we expect the the property to be ready and as easy as possible for us. Upon check-in, the floors were still dirty and we had to have one of the kids wipe dirt off off the couch. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. The rugs in several areas were badly bunched up and in disarray there is no way vacuuming could have been done properly. The house shows it can sleep up to 14 guests however, there were barely enough bath towels for the 6 of us let alone any extras for the hot tub. We had to wash towels while we were there so that those who used the hot tub did not have to use the same towels after showers. You are not made aware until the check-in details are released that you as the guest is responsible to fill the propane tank. After we check in and run back out to pick up some groceries and hand soap we realized that there is only ONE propane tank for the propane fire pit AND the grill. If we wanted to grill out while a few of us sat around the fire pit, that was not an option. This was incredibly disappointing because cabins like these you need to book in advance and the the only decent days we had up there that were not complete and total washouts was our first and last day. We ended up not taking the propane tank at that point to be filled because we missed our several hour window to enjoy that part of it. The house does have a "fireplace" however, it is ultimately just a digital screen that "looks" like a fireplace Due to the weather we had to wing our daily plans which meant we spent a lot more time at the cabin then we had initially planned. We cooked some breakfasts and dinners there and would recommend the host invest in some oven mitts. I burnt my hand trying to take a pan out of the oven using a kitchen towel. I do want to reiterate that the house is still amazing and the host was responsive when I reached out. The kids loved the pool table and we got some use out of the poker table.

Beautiful yet broken

The location was breathtaking the cabin was absolutely gorgeous. It would have been prefect if only it would have been communicated that a dining room chair was loose /broken, that the blinder didn’t work, and that the vacuum cleaner didn’t work.
