Tucson house with great views of the mountains as well as the city. Open concept floor plan with kitchen flowing into the living room. There are 2 living rooms in this home; 1 formal living room for reading or quiet time and the other one off of the kitchen to enjoy being all together as a family. Enclosed back yard, with covered patio, BBQ, dry bar, TV, and propane chat pit. Fully furnished, all new kitchen, utilities, granite counter tops, large living room, fireplace, and vaulted ceilings, ceramic and hardwood floors.

My permanent residency is in New England. I am 59 years old, married with one daughter. I attended the University of Arizona from 1979-1982. I have been going back to Tucson ever since I attended the University. I had the good fortune to purchase this property 12 years ago and completely redid it. My wife and I use it as our "winter getaway" from New England and hope to try and spend 6 months in Arizona.
Why they chose this property
This is a great house, in a great location! It is close to the University of Arizona along with many of the places that I attended when I was in school. I like this property because it is a big lot on a knoll with great views of the mountains and views of the whole city. I love the stucco exterior and the arched entry ways. The property is located in between the hiking trails of Pima Canyon and Finger Rock. In a 5 minute drive you can be hiking up either one of these trails.
The foothills district that the property is apart of has covenant against short term rentals. With that being said, I am only interested in a month or more rental of my Tucson home.
