Fantastic 2 bedroom / 2 bath beach condo. Welcome to your new happy place! Whether you prefer to watch endless sunsets with a glass of wine on the screened-in lanai or have a morning coffee listening to waves crashing on the beach, this spectacular view is for you. This unique condo boasts beautiful views up and down Bonita Beach with phenomenal views of the GULF OF MEXICO only 100 feet away! Windsong is a great beachfront condo, close to many restaurants, and a short drive/Uber to Naples and Fort Meyers Beach. 30 minutes to RSW airport. (Note: new owner so no reviews yet - many updates and changes coming!)

Why they chose this property
Bonita Beach is a fantastic, low-key location. A fantastic beach, easy to get to from Ft. Myers airport. And if you want more stuff to do, Naples and Ft. Myers Beach are nearby.
What makes this property unique
There's a great pontoon boat rental right across the street. You can boat as far north as Ft. Myers Beach and as far south as Naples in the bay, with clear channel markers and shielded from waves in the bay. Great for inexperienced boaters, kids.
