Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Gastgeber hat uns beim Check-in alles in Ruhe erklärt und war sehr freundlich. Auch was es in der Umgebung zu sehen gibt wurde uns gezeigt. Im Haus gab es alles, was man brauchte und der Garten mit der Tischtennisplatte war perfekt, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Der Strand war mit vier Kindern (groß und klein) in ca. 15 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren alle rundum zufrieden und können es als Familienurlaub sehr empfehlen.

Belle decouverte de la Normandie

Accueil au top et logement propre et spacieux. Tout est là pour un séjour agréable. La météo était avec nous. La plage est assez proche, même si il faut marcher un peu !!! Vacances au top.

Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur 15 Min. Fußweg vom Strand entfernt (zurück etwas länger, da bergauf). Leider waren wir vom Zustand des Hauses enttäuscht bis entsetzt. Wir wussten von den Bildern her, dass Küche und Bäder nicht neu sein würden. Allerdings hatten wir nach den Bewertungen ein sehr sauberes Haus erwartet. Das haben wir leider nicht vorgefunden: Krümel auf dem Sessel, Sand auf der Treppe, Haare in der Dusche und sogar in einem (frisch bezogenen) Bett. In den Schränken mehrere schmutzige Teller, Gläser, Besteckteile. Geoffroy hat sich zwar mit einer Flasche Poiré entschuldigt, angemessen hätten wir aber gefunden, er hätte die nicht korrekt erfolgte Reinigung erneut beauftragt oder uns zumindest die Kosten unserer eigenen Endreinigung erstattet. Viel schlimmer fanden wir allerdings den"alten" Dreck: in der Küche klebten alle Oberflächen. Die Knöpfe am Herd waren verkrustet von altem Fett. In der Spülmaschine war die Beschichtung des oberen Besteckkorbes großflächig beschädigt, so dass das Metall darunter stark verrostet war. Bei unserer Ankunft stank das gesamte Erdgeschoss feucht und modrig. Die Bettwäsche im unteren Schlafzimmer war so klamm, dass unsere Tochter nach einer Stunde doch nach oben gezogen ist. Wir würden dieses Haus auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen, den Urlaubsort Houlgate jedoch unbedingt.

Belle maison très bien située

Maison très bien située, au calme, spacieuse, literie confortable, belle terrasse et jardin très bien exposé avec ping pong et pétanque. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible si besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end et serons très heureux d'y revenir.

Sejour a houlgate

Vacances reposantes et agreables dans la maison de notre hôte. Accueil parfait, maison spacieuse et bien située. Houlgate est pour nous un des plus jolis coins de Normandie, avec une architecture incroyable. Le temps n'était pas propice lors de notre visite à des bains de mer, mais la richesse culturelle de la Normandie est impressionnante et nos journées ont ete bien occupées. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et efficace.

La campagne au bord de la mer.

Nous revenons de ce séjour à Houlgate emballés. A 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la mer, la maison est idéalement placée : un véritable cocon de verdure. Très fonctionnelle et idéale pour 8 personnes, avec un terrain agréable, les adultes, comme les enfants y ont tout de suite trouvé leur repères. Nos hôtes, nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux grâce auquel on s’est senti très vite « comme à la maison ». À vous de vivre cette belle expérience !
