Ideally located 300m from the beach and 200m from shops, in a green area of 800 m² without vis-à-vis, pleasant independent villa of 150m² fully equipped, with large jacuzzi inside.

On the ground floor: large living / dining room of 60m2 with fireplace, fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, hood ...), 2 premium sofa beds, 1 bedroom, bathroom (bath and shower), separate WC.

Upstairs: 2 independent bedrooms, 4th extra bedroom on the mezzanine and a bathroom with WC.

Large terrace facing south.

Geweldig!

Ruime woning, alle voorzieningen, wat vooral geweldig was is dat de tuin ook echt volledig omheind is, supermakkelijk voor de 3 honden, cocker spaniel, duitse scheper en berghond, zowel kleine als grote hond kon niet van het domein "ontsnappen". Heerlijk om zo op het terras te zitten zonder zorgen. Wandelingetje naar het strand was niet ver. Leuk stadje om te shoppen. En de invasiestranden waren niet zo ver gelegen. We zijn heel blij dat we dit huisje gevonden hadden. En niet vergeten supervriendelijke gastheer, Jean-Baptiste. Waren ze allemaal maar zo! Dankuwel!

A lovely break

Located in delightful Villers Sur Mer this house is great for a large family. A short walk from a country park and 15 mins walk from the beach, there’s lots to do in the doorstep and plenty of attractions within easy driving distance. The only thing to watch for is the discretionary cleaning package cost which I wasn’t aware of when I booked. But the owner was great and we had a lovely break

La maison correspondait bien à la description, et comportait tous le nécessaire pour en profiter dans les meilleures conditions . J’ajouterai que Jean-Baptiste le gérant a toujours été réactif et arrangeant lors de nos échanges . En résumé, un excellent souvenir.

Tof huis, beroerde inrichting

An sich een fijn huis in een leuke buurt. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Maar; wat is dit huis en zijn inhoud slecht onderhouden en schoongemaakt! De keuken is slecht: waterkoker vol met kalk, frontjes koelkast en afwasmachine kapot, afzuigkap en fornuis vol met vet van lange tijd en 1 pit kapot. Oude pannen, kapotte lampjes, kapotte onderdelen in de koelkast. De 2 slaapbanken in de huiskamer zijn erg doorgezakt en vettig van de viezigheid. De eetkamerstoelen zijn wiebelig, de tafels zijn hun topcoat verloren en plakken aan je handen en zitten vol met vlekken en 1 tafel is vreselijk instabiel. 4 Keukenmachines op 1 armoedig verlengsnoer. Tapijt op de muur in de wc beneden, vol met uitgesmeerde spinnen webben en andere viezigheid, een wc pot uit het jaar 0 welke erg instabiel is. Kapotte lampen in de badkamer en schimmel in de randen van de douchebak. Gemeld bij de eigenaar en direct vervangen en getracht schoon te maken. Douche boven werd direct gemaakt na een klacht van ons dat de kop niet op te hangen was. Daar zakt de douchebak zo door dat het water eronder loopt met schimmel als gevolg. Bedden zijn oud en beschadigd maar liggen wonder boven wonder nog ok. Geen fijne verlichting in de huiskamer dus neem je eigen kaarsen mee. Prachtige tuin waar het heerlijk vertoeven is. En je loopt binnen 10 minuten naar het strand . Maar vervang die hele IKEA meuk meubels en zet er een mooie robuuste eettafel in met goede stoelen. Vervang de keuken en laat de boel schoonmaken!!

Gîte très confortable, bien agencé. entouré d'un jardin très agréable. Aucun bruit alentours (fait très rare) si ce n'est les oiseaux qui vous réveillent le matin et vocalisent toute la journée. Tout peut se faire à pied, aller à la plage et faire les courses. Mes petits enfants ont beaucoup apprécié leur séjour. Je recommande ce gîte. En plus nous avons pu venir avec nos chiens

Intérieur à rafraîchir, salle d'eau en haut par exemple nettoyage à fond à prevoir avant arrivée locataires, présence de nombreux moustiques à l'intérieur, sinon maison assez grande , mobilier sommaire mais fonctionnel, bon acceuil de Jean Baptiste.. Maison bien située dans quartier agreable et calme et à 5m de la mer et 5m de commerces.
