Island Club 5504-Ocean Front

The Island Club is a family-oriented resort on 25 acres of prime oceanfront property with expansive beaches and beautiful sunrises.
Our three bedroom ocean front, 5th floor villa offers spectacular views that include the ability to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your oversized balcony. The villa will comfortably sleep 8-10. The unit has been totally renovated with all new furniture and decorations. Attention has been given to all the details in this beautifully renovated unit.
The master suite includes a king size bed and master bath with huge walk in closet. Wake to a spectacular view of the ocean from the master bedroom and walk out to the private balcony for your morning coffee. The second guest room includes another king size bed with a private bath. The third bedroom has two Queen beds and a private bath as well. There is also a pull out Queen size sofa bed in the living room with a gel mattress.

The Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security.

Pool and hot tub area is typically closed between mid-November through the first week of March each year for winter maintenance. Feel free to contact us about specific dates that are set each year.

My wife and family have been vacationing at the Island Club for over twenty years with our two daughters and extended family. We enjoy visiting Hilton Head more frequently than once a year, so we purchased our first two bedroom unit in 2012. This three bedroom unit became available in 2019 and we seized the opportunity to purchase the ocean front top floor unit. The unit needed attention, so we remodeled it in 2019-2020. The unit is finished as our second home, not simply as a rental. The finishes are what you would expect to have at home. When we stay at 5504, we completely unwind and enjoy viewing the ocean from the balcony.
