The apartment is located at the bottom of Poitiers town center, on the 2nd floor of a small residence. The apartment offers a sublime, relaxing view over the Clain, Poitiers' river.

The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a wide corridor and plenty of storage space, a comfortable and spacious living/dining area, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave...). There are 3 large bedrooms, each with a double bed and dressing room. Each bedroom has its own TV! Finally, the apartment has two brand-new shower rooms.

All the necessary comforts are provided on site, as well as household linen. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay with family or friends!

Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous. The keys are in a secured box.
