It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A living room of 27m2 with an equipped kitchen open to the living room with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a flat screen TV.
You also benefit from a 16m2 loggia terrace with furniture and garden furniture, in a quiet area, facing the residence's garden and enjoying a lovely sea view! Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a 14m2 terrace with garden furniture. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence. At your disposal free of charge, a private parking space allowing you to put one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there are no visitor places available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).
