Great apartment, lousy management.
The apartment served its purpose and was nice and open and uncluttered. However the heat was intense and there was no way to turn it down even after asking the mgmt company. It was about 78 F in there and had to leave windows open all the time. There were no instructions in the flat, so how to work the 2 tv remotes or for the WiFi or even perhaps the heating. Also the fridge did not close so keeping food and drinks cold was impossible. However as for GuestReady, their management service, I will never rent an apartment that they manage again. At first their communication was quick and thorough but once I paid my fee I twice sent emails asking for info and got no answer so had to send them both a second time. I went through hoops to have a hefty deposit registered (against damage). I filled out more forms with this company than I have been asked to do ever before. However the final nail for me was, when I got the instructions about the keys 36 hours before my arrival, they now told me I had to pick up the keys from a hotel that was a 12 minute walk away and that I had to drop them back there at the end of my stay. So to & fro twice with luggage. Absolutely ridiculous and shame on the flat owner not looking after the business themselves or arranging to have guests met at the property.
In conclusion, a great apartment and location, but lousy service from the management company. I will stay away from GuestReady in the future.
