The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Make your way to this beautiful, oceanfront condo when you come to Panama City Beach and settle in for a spectacular beach vacation. Amenities include a shared pool, hot tub, tennis, and more.

You'll be a quick walk from the beach, which means lovely views from the balcony. After you've checked out the beach and the pool, follow with dinner at a nearby restaurant, and then head to Russell Fields City Pier for a stunning sunset. The Conservation Park is only eight miles away and offers hiking and biking on multiple trails through marshy wetlands. If tours are your thing, do a dolphin or snorkel tour, and if you're traveling with kids, you'll have virtually endless possibilities for entertainment, including Pirates Island Adventure Park, Wonderworks, and Emerald Coast Mirror Maze, to name a few.

This home's interior is bright and open, with pleasant decor with a balcony that faces the ocean. The unit has two full bathrooms with freshly remodeled showers. Lounge in the living room in air-conditioned comfort and revel in the view, or spend some time on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine. The flatscreen cable TV and free WiFi provide plenty of entertainment, and the private washer/dryer is an added convenience. Create luscious meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy them in the dining area.

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result ina fine and ejection.  VRC# 56434

Great location and great condo. The remodel that they did was smart! It opened up the kitchen and made two full bathrooms which is better than the other ones like this in the building. There were a few negatives, like an old couch and uncomfortable patio furniture, but not enough to dock it a star. Used Fun Quest as the booking which I have seen negative things about, but our experience was great. Good communication, and easy check in/out.

This condo had a great layout. My granddaughter loved the bunk with the tv and the curtains. She pretended she was at the movie theater. There were plenty of bathroom towels for the three of us. There were two types of coffee makers in the room in the event you use a kureg. The bedding was nice and cozy. There is a washer and dryer and they give you 3 laundry pods as well. Nice getaway

Nice condos. Unit has some nice features. Open area larger than most. 2 showers when most 1 bra’s have only 1. Couch was big, looked great but had no cushion left. Hurt my back. King bed was comfortable. Balcony furniture comfortable too. Kitchen setup was great and had everything we needed. Ice maker wasn’t working but that may have been our lack of ability to figure it out. Nice unit.

Dirty - as is, hair on towels, hair pillow cases & bathroom countertop , countertop, AC issues, toilet issues, remote issues, puke on a comforter that was in the wardrobe for making up bunks, walls marked up, ladder trashy, ALL BEDS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, pull out was worse. Outside furniture uncomfortable I thought I was booking through an individual but evidently it's FunQuest. Never again.The Summit is becoming a VERY TRASHY, trash everywhere like going to a campgroundish place. Elevators were extrucurataing hot and stinky, no air circulation at all. Wasn't able to arrive early due to our flight getting delayed so paid for an extra to get in early, no refund for day not used.

All linens go through a commercial laundry service, so it’s important for us to be notified of any concerns. We understand your frustration with the elevators, air circulation, and early check-in, and we appreciate your detailed feedback. The resort continues to invest heavily in upgrades, including renovated unit balconies, new indoor hot tubs, upgraded saunas and bathrooms, a “smart vending market,” updated landscaping, and signage..... Resort staff works hard to maintain cleanliness around the clock, but the busy season can make this challenging. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope you were still able to enjoy our beautiful beaches.
