The Space:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire before booking.

No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project.



*The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Mar 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Please verify with us IF you will have access to your balcony during your stay. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

This cozy condo is ready to welcome you to the Florida sunshine. Enjoy a view of the shared pool from your furnished private balcony - you'll be able to enjoy access to that pool throughout your stay! Inside, guests can relax and cool off in central air conditioning. A charming kitchen (complete with a breakfast bar) is fully equipped for all your vacation cooking projects. Private beach access through the pool deck means you'll have a direct path to the sun and surf whenever you're ready to slip away.



Besides the beautiful beach being steps away, this condo is in a prime location to enjoy everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Head just under two miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to the famous Shell Island! Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals and is approximately 1 mile away. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (3 miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Check out Pier Park, with its huge variety of shops and restaurants, a short 15-minute drive away! The Sky Wheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf to guests brave enough to board.
